My wife and I found the Red Coach Inn on a previous stay in Niagara Falls. On a return visit we booked the Niagara Suite for us and our three college age children. The suite was fantastic. It was very large, the decor was very nice, and the view of the rapids was spectacular. Leena (I believe was her name)...

My family and I stole away for a quick trip to see Niagara Falls in the winter. The Red Coach Inn restaurant was recommended to us by a local bartender. It has a wonderful old world vibe and a huge cozy fireplace. The bar is nice. The menu is American and a bit limited as far as touristy places go....

We (business partner/spouse) travelled to Niagara Falls for two meetings. The Red Coach Inn had very affordable rates during the off-season for tourists. With the help of the telephone agent, we decided to upgrade to a newly remodeled room. We did not choose the more expensive suites that face the Niagara river rapids as we have stayed in them previously....

Mark and his staff: Leena, Tim, Katy, Margaret, Matthew and Michael, and others were friendly and accommodating. Leena made sure we had just the right room for our needs. It was comfortable, quiet and Mark's "hands-on" style assured that a problem that came up was handled in a timely manner. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in front of the fireplace....

The hotel is just across the rainbow bridge. The staff were exceptional including Katie and Amber. The room was excellent with wine and cheese (complimentary in the fridge) upon arrival. The breakfast each morning was exceptional. A hidden gem just across the border. We definitely will be back.

Thank Ya Kindly Red Coach Inn!! My wife and I had a great stay here during the last week of December. Located right on the American side of The Falls, you could not be any closer to the rapids or the park where the squirrels will come and eat Biscoff cookies right from your hand! I think I even spotted...

We booked the Windsor room for the view, king bed and fireplace. The room looked old fashioned and full antiques. Had thought about a suite with kitchen but decided we probably did not really need it. The Windsor was everything we wanted except for the fact that the fireplace would not light. Leona came to our room and attempted to...

We stayed at this inn on Dec. 31, 2016 - Jan. 2, 2017 to ring in the new year. What a fabulous inn and stay. The Inn itself was beautiful, we stayed in the Portsmouth room which they upgraded for us. The staff both in reservations, the bar and restaurant excellent, very curteous and helpful. The food was great, breakfast...

We reserved the Somerset for our family Christmas trip. We had two adults and one child. The Somerset is very small but we chose it because we wanted the nice view of the river and the Canada shoreline. I had great communication with the front desk, and although we were offered other, larger rooms, we were very clear that we...

We have been staying at the Red Coach for several years now. it's not far from home but I love to stay here with the jetted hot tubs (feels so good in the winter time) This is an INN - not a hotel - so if you want to stay at a Hilton hotel then go there - the Red...

Built by the Schoellkopf family to resemble the Bell Inn in Finedon, England, and named after the red carriage that brought General Marquis de Lafayette to Niagara Falls, the Red Coach Inn has been welcoming guests to Niagara Falls since 1923. Overlooking the spectacular Upper Rapids just 500 yards from the American Falls, the inn is Niagara’s most distinctive historic structure, with its English Tudor exterior and warm English country ambiance. ... more   less
