We traveled here for a 2-night stay in early August 2022, and decided to treat ourselves to one of the corner king rooms with a Jacuzzi, on the 26th floor. I have never stayed in a room higher than a mid-range, and expected to be "wow"ed. There were definitely some wow factor items, but overall I wold not stay here again. The check-in process was fast. Some other reviews around the time of our stay said they were told at check-in that there wasn't daily room cleaning; only a cleaning once the guests check out. We were definitely not told this. Ordinarily, I put a "Do not disturb" sign on the room door, because I don't necessarily want daily cleaning. I think it's wasteful to have a room cleaned when I stay, because I don't make a mess; I hang up my towels to re-use; and generally I think it saves energy and time to not clean when not needed. However, since I didn't know that was the case here, I was looking for the Do Not Disturb sign and couldn't find it. It made me anticipate a cleaning when we were in the room the second night, which stayed in the back of my head as something to deal with, when it wasn't. That was annoying. Similarly, there were no informational papers in the room , such as their dining options or amenities. There was a mini-fridge, and the ice compartment was very iced-over and needed to be defrosted. There was no microwave or hair dryer. There was an iron and ironing board. The view is amazing. There is a remote control for the curtains, and you can't open or close them without it. It only worked when you were close enough to the control box on the window, which isn't intuitive and we thought the curtains were broken until we fiddled with the remote for a while. Another minor annoyance is that the remote has 4 buttons which don't make sense instantly. Also, the battery cover for the remote for the curtains was missing and taped over with black tape. That gave it a cheap feeling. Something like that should be fixed right away. On to the Jacuzzi. The water here got super hot, and stayed that way. A definite plus. The tub was clean and nice, but as it was being used, a knob came off, then the button to turn the jets on came off when we pushed it during normal use. The next morning, I wanted to have a coffee. I picked up the plastic packet that had a napkin and sweetener in it, but it was already open and the creamer was missing. This is a huge miss on housekeeping. It made me feel gross imagining - what else was missed? So I skipped the coffee. Note this hotel has no free ANYTHING, including a breakfast of any kind or coffee for guests. Be prepared. I imagine this is to save plastic, which is commendable, but the waste baskets have no plastic liners. This is another thing I find kind of gross. Imagine someone using a tissue and throwing it out, then that...substance....is on the can. I would bet the cans themselves aren't being cleaned and disinfected. A couple of notes here for the bathroom. The shower has LOTS of space, and it's very nice. Again, there is a lot of hot water. There is a lot of good lighting in the bathroom as well. But it only has two very small wire baskets for holding soap, shampoo, etc. The wires are so wide apart that several of my items fell right through. Also, one of the wires for one for the shelves has broken loose. (Pic attached.) The bathroom fan has no switch. There is a blank plate over where it might have been in the past; that is unknown to me. The fan itself is filthy. (Pic attached.) Finally, my husband was going to the shower and his foot touched a tile which promptly came right off the wall. (Pic attached.) In summary, the room was not worth the price, the wonderful view notwithstanding. This hotel is only 20 years old.…
Lots of free parking. Check in went smoothly. We had room on 25th floor and were stunned by the wonderful view from the floor to ceiling windows. We could lay in bed and see the mist from the falls plus the fireworks later. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was large and well stocked.
Great place to stay with lots of gambling! Be sure to eat at the Western Door Steakhouse and make reservations early. Best food there! The breakfast is also fair with usual items and a small buffet. If you are visiting falls, the tour bus will pick up and bring back after. Great fireworks each night at 10 pm
Half of the casino is now , smoking. If u are a non smoker there is limited games and bars to play at. Attempted to walk in the smoking section for variety of slots, disgusting smoke stench. They have lost my business.
Security is trash. Hunter particularly. If u hate your job find a new one. Hotel has no microwaves, slots are not loose. Steakhouse service was GREAT, amazing!!! Three sisters cafe waitress was trash as well got an attitude b/c we requested seperate tickets and never checked on us during our dining. What a waste of time the mgr condoned her behavior!!!
Amazing hotel in a great location, 10mins walk to the fall but if lucky enough get a high enough room can see the mist and the fireworks from your room. Room was very spacious, clean. Only downfall was adjoining doors on both side but need a proper lock as spacer didnt feel safe enough. We also ate in the asian restaurant which was amazing. Great service from restaurant and check in desk staff. Highly recommended.
Brian our tour guide made our trip fun and informative. He is knowledgeable about the history of Niagara Falls! Thank you for being so special. My granddaughter will remember all the fun facts you shared about your city! Brian’s brigade CHARGE! 😂
We visited the Seneca Casino to explore the venue, enjoy the live music/entertainment. There was a live band that played a variety of hits, pretty good, met the lead singer. We attempted to eat at the Three Sisters but the hostess was very rude to my husband so left and ate at the hamburger place. The food was acceptable, we had Chicago hotdogs, so not gourmet but hit the spot. We returned the enjoy the live band and bar in the casino
Well appointed room. There was no microwave in it and I was surprise for this room rate. Very convenient to Niagara Falls. Easy check in and out. Plenty of parking and valet service was great. Will definitely stay here again going to Niagara Falls
