Stayed here to attend a conference. It was easy to get to from the airport, within walking distance of Niagara Falls and other tourist spots, and generally full service. I say generally because one restaurant was closed, another was short-staffed (I waited 45-mins. for a table during lunch and they didn't offer take out), and other places didn't offer the type of food I'd eat. Staff throughout were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy and the room was pleasant and roomy. The casino was moderately busy with minimal noise levels. Catering staff were helpful, food average, and staff responsive. The spa was closed and I did not use the fitness facilities while there. I would stay again and host an event there.

My wife and I were visiting Niagara Falls for the first time in a very long time, and since we like casinos we thought we'd stay the night here too. It was a really nice hotel, very clean, very friendly staff, and it looked like they were doing a lot to keep people safe. We ate in one of the restaurants and really enjoyed it. We didn't have much luck in the casino but we had fun just walking around and looking at everything (it seemed large and fancy to us!). We would definitely stay there again.

A great trip and this tour was fantastic. Our tour guide, Deborah, was wonderful. She made our venture fun and full of history. I believe that we were able to really see and learn all about the Falls. We had a wonderful homemade lunch and ate at the Niagara state park, which was an unexpected treat. We thoroughly enjoyed the different sights at the falls, which we would not have done on our own. This trip is well worth the money and especially with such an expert guide to make it personalized and fun.

Enjoyed our stay at this casino hotel. This was our first time visiting Niagra Falls. We had a room overlooking the falls (from a distance. You can only see the spray from the falls and occasionally a rainbow). Room was large, beds were comfortable, shower was awesome, and room was clean. Elevators are quick and covid rules in place. No more than 4 people at a time allowed in the elevators. We were impressed with the hospitality and kindness of all employees! In these times, we've experienced rude and frustrated employees at so many places, due to shortages of staff. Not here! Every employee was extremely nice and did not make you feel like a burden! It was so refreshing. The restaurants are operating on reduced hours. Not able to get food anywhere after 10 pm. Although they do have room service available after hours, which was quick and very good. Not much to do in the area, other than a day of sightseeing (ride the trolley for some great views). Won some and lost some at the casino. Plenty of slots. No smoking inside. Great stay. We would stay again if in this area again. 4 stars only due to wait time at restaurants and reduced hours. No coffee available throughout the day. There is a small coffee maker in the room. No housekeeping due to covid.

I would have given 5 stars but the wait time for food was crazy. They are suffering the same as everyone not enough help. ONLY 1 barmaid working the entire casino!!! Other than that its a lovely hotel with a nice friendly staff of folks. Our room was very nice.
