I have visited Seneca Niagara and Seneca Allegany about 6 times after reopening and every single time it was really bad. The slot machines are very very very tight compared to other upstate NY casinos. I lost $2000 in about 2 hrs with only 4-5 bonuses, and I wasn’t even playing high limit. My average bet was about $2 a spin. The machines do not give you free games at all. During my last visits, it was the same, they didn’t pay well, but I wanted to give them a benefit of doubt. Never again!! Never going back again!! You have lost a loyal customer Seneca Niagara and Seneca Allegany! And of course I am advising all my friends to avoid this casino. Seriously other upstate casinos have so much better payouts than yours.

11/13/20, The last trip here was before all the lawyer and NY government induced restrictions due to "covid-19". Our regular host is not here any longer so we have a new host. We received the same comped suite and adjoining room accommodations for our 3 day stay so that part was OK. What she failed to tell us was that one of the new" restrictions" was that your are not permitted to bring a cooler into the hotel. I can't bring a cooler with soft drinks into the hotel??? REALLY? We have been to the Hard Rock Guitar, Hard Rock Tampa, Charles Town WV., Mountaineer Casino in WV., and Wheeling WV Casino/hotels since 3/20/20 and NONE of them said we couldn't bring in a cooler. I would like to meet the idiot that came up with that one for Seneca Niagara. I smell a lawyer. The 3 keystone cops on the front door said " can't bring it in because we can't look in it to see what you have in there" Like what would I try and smuggle into the joint? I told them I would open it for them and they could count the cans of Pepsi and orange juice. If I carried the soft drinks and juice in my suitcase it was OK but NOT a cooler? I can't wait for the response from management to explain this one. LOL BTW, the "guards" on the front gate? Why did they ask people to pull down their masks for ID in one line but didn't bother to ask the 4 of us in the other line? More worried about a cooler than if I was in the black book? You have ONE job!

I haven't been to Casino Niagara since the pandemic and I hardly recognized the hotel entrance. Big improvements outside. I stayed 2 nights and did okay on the machines. But the lobby seems so much bigger. I guess because everything is spread out now for social distancing. A couple of things I didn't like. There's no smoking inside anymore except in my room which is quite the reverse. And the food seemed kind of mediocre which was a surprise. Before the pandemic I used to get a certain amount of free food points each month but that was cut out. I guess I was lucky to get the free rooms because I didn't even get any credits to play with. I used my player points to get the chicken tenders from Three Sisters . It comes with fries and I was able to substitute smashed potatoes. They were delicious and a huge helping. I could not finish them all The chicken tenders were fine and since they were free I had no complaints . Then I had to spend money. I ordered breakfast through room service as a treat. I ordered eggs scrambled soft with cheese, bacon, and dry toast. The eggs were scrambled hard and there was not a bit of cheese to be found. The bacon was a combination of overcooked and undercooked and the majority of the home fries that came with it were not even Brown and sort of undercooked. The best thing was the toast. And for that I paid almost $20. The next day I ordered the turkey club. It was okay but not as good as it usually is. The bread was soggy like the lettuce hadn't been dried. I also ordered a piece of cheesecake which was very very small. I got almost as many strawberries as I did cheesecake. That came to about $27. This trip was not what I was used to but I was happy to be out after being in the house most of the time since March.

I went to the Casino yesterday. Finally felt okay about going back. Sadly I found out because i have not been in over 6 months I lost all my points. it was over 400 points. Found it out and left. Not really into starting all over. IF you have not gone since Covid started your points are gone.

Nothing to do here on Halloween. No bars, no DJ or music, half the machines are out of order. We booked a non smoking room but it so happens that we are above a smoking floor. We called to complain and they said we had to stay there and they would spray the room. Don’t spend your money coming here especially to this hotel you will regret it as we did.
