If you want to get out of town & enjoy the beautiful countryside scenery, this is the right place. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast & pleasant conversation. Comfortable lodging. Easy drive to wineries.
Beautiful, immaculate bed and breakfast in a peaceful setting outside Ithaca. I was treated to a gorgeous sunrise view of the rolling hills from my bedside in the Harriet Tubman room with a spacious bright and sunny bathroom. There's also a clean and cozy enclosed porch where you can relax on the sofa while reading and enjoying the breeze through the screened windows. Tom and Inez are gracious hosts who give you a menu of choices for breakfast each day and even a choice of beautiful locations to dine in. Attention to detail and pride of ownership are evident in all aspects of this beautiful property.
My husband and I just returned from an amazing two night stay with Enis, Tom and their ambassadors Floyd and Sally dogs. We stayed with our beagle in the Harriet Tubman room spacious and immaculate. We immediately felt at home with the hosts welcoming in addition to a folder that provides additional information and encouragement to make any requests known. Our dietary requests shared before arrival were done thoughtfully and creatively. Music added to our exceptional breakfasts enjoyed on the porch with amazing views. Everything is exceptional at the Manor— the hosts, the manor’s interior and the natural setting outdoors. There are many sitting areas outside for any time of the day. We were in awe of the beauty at any moment of the day. Enis & Tom are truly dog people…
We enjoyed our time at Enfield manor (Alex Haley room). The breakfasts in the patio were just perfect. Tom and Inez did everything to accommodate us qnd they also gave us a lot of advises. Quiet, peaceful but close from Ithaca, enfield manor is the perfect place to relax!
What a beautiful house and great people Inez and Tom are! My wife and I spent our first anniversary here. Everything was perfect. The food was amazing and personalized (we are vegan) - we ate on the patio each morning and watched the wildlife. It's close enough to Ithaca and Watkins Glen, but off the beaten path for some peace and tranquility. Lucifer Falls is literally four minutes away and a wonderful alternative to the crowded Watkins Glen State Park. I can't wait to go back!
