It has a great location off the Saw Mill Parkway, close to Katonah and Mt Kisco. This renovated hotel has excellent customer service, well-appointed rooms, WIFI that works perfectly, and ample parking. There is lots of outdoor seating to eat or sit by the pool and a fast elevator. Has plenty of perks such as coffee, newspaper, pool, and gym. We were visiting family and friends in Katonah and Mt Kisco, so being that close to both towns was really handy. The breakfast buffet was great, as the food was fresh, hot, and plentiful. I think this hotel is underrated.

Hotel's Favorite
We stayed here to visit local family, and my kids were infatuated with the place. Located within five minutes drive of Mt. Kisco Metro North station and the town center, the hotel provided a good base of operations for both a family visit in the area as well as trips to the city. There's a restaurant on-site (didn't try it but it had good customer reviews) as well as a small nook with snacks and drinks for sale, a fitness room, a couple microwaves, and a washer/dryer. There was also a pool with lifeguard that our kids loved and gave us an opportunity to tire out the kids. The rooms are pretty standard for your typical American hotel. They were clean and functional, though the furniture was a bit worn. Everything was in working order, including (vitally) the Keurig machine. There was a fridge as well. The beds were comfortable! There was a wedding there when we stayed, but we barely heard the other guests. There are two floors, and we stayed on the first one. The staff were always helpful with whatever we needed (forgotten toothbrush, extra towels for the pool, etc.). We saw that there's a shuttle service of some sort, though we didn't end up using it. My only complaint was that the Keurig machine only came with decaf coffee pods.

Hotel MTK is the reimagination of the old 1960s Holiday Inn Mt. Kisco. I stayed at this property a few years ago when it was still a Holiday Inn, and it was shabby, worn, dingy and old. When I had to return to the area I was glad to see it reborn as a Tapestry Collection property by Hilton. I am a Hilton Honors member, and typically chose a Hilton property whenever I can. Well, MTK has a long long way to go. The hotel was not much changed from my 2020 Holiday Inn visit. Everything about this property is run down and worn. The mattress was creaky and lumpy with broken springs. The outlets on the base of the table lamps did not work. The dresser drawers were off their track and did not close properly. Paint was peeling from the door frames. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was installed upside down AND falling off. The carpet was frayed and stained. The shower curtain rod was loose from the wall. The toiletries were from three different mis-matched brands, and two of the items (the conditioner and the lotion) had already been open and half used. There were month old paper notices about changes to breakfast hours the next morning (a month previously) scotch taped to the stairwell door. The parking lot was filthy with cigarette butts and scattered trash. I am surprised that Hilton has allowed the Tapestry Collection brand to be applied to this property when there are clearly many many months of renovation and upgrades required to achieve even a minimal Tapestry standard. I understand that a lot of these problems were inherited from the previous days of a failing Holiday Inn, but I didn't inherit a discount - more than $200/night at an off-peak time. Sadly, there are very few choices in Northern Westchester. I responded to a request for feedback, and I gave very honest feedback. I even offered to share pictures. The survey asked if I wanted to be contacted by the property and I answered "yes." To date, I have received no contact. It was Christmas, and fortunately we spent most of our time with family at their home, and only had to return to the hotel at night. This was a shocking disappointment for a Hilton Tapestry Collection property.

It's the only game in town. Deal with it. It was okay. But, It was in a perfect location for our funeral visit and distance from Westchester County Airport. It's nothing special. It's an old Holiday Inn that is in need of renovation. Everything in the room worked well. All the Hotel clerks were nice. Tommy the bartender was very personable and professional. House keepers work very hard there. Plenty of parking and there is an outdoor pool, which I assume is open in the summer. Restaurants, shopping and gasoline is nearby. They had the USAToday every weekday. If I had to stay here again, I would.

Wow. Stayed in rooms 265 & 267 for two nights. Chose this hotel because it was close to our home, which we unexpectedly had to vacate due to problems with a renovation. Would never stay here again. Do not recommend to anyone. First impression was the smells. The smells were strong. A mix of mildew and Febreze. In 267 the toilet base was cracked and there was a hole in the toilet tank lid, badly patched tub drain, and a damaged lampshade. The desk was well past its prime. In both rooms a weird number of marks on the ceiling. Plan ahead for your shower because it will take ten minutes for the hot water to arrive. Also, the towel rack is helpfully placed IN the shower, so maybe move all the towels before showering. The desk chair in 265 was so squeaky you could hear it in 267 if anyone sat in it. After our first night, housekeeping came to 267 but didn’t touch 265, and somehow in the process of cleaning 267 they made it smell worse. (Pretty sure someone had lunch at Chipotle before cleaning 267.) We were about to go to bed the second night when we discovered mold on the blackout curtains in 267. The toilet lulled us to sleep with it’s random nighttime flushes. It’s October, so maybe it was haunted. So not great. Front desk staff when we checked in was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff when we checked out did not ask how our stay was, which was a shame since I really wanted to tell them. I’ve never checked out of a hotel and not had anyone ask how the stay was. I’m guessing they used to ask but didn’t enjoy the answers.

we have stayed here before as we have family in the area and thought it was 'fine'- this time we had a terrible stay due to bed bugs. I reported the issue to the mgmt and was told (in a very aggressive way) that they take them seriously and asked if they should call an exterminator. Well of course you should !!!- the room had bed bugs in both beds and I found spiders and bed bugs in bathroom.

My daughter and son-in-law recently reserved a block of rooms at Hotel MTK for their wedding weekend. The service we received from everyone there was exemplary. A special thanks to Jerron Garret who coordinated the rooms for us, not an easy task, Sean at the front desk and Pam who helped make the after party and brunch so successful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the lobby a great hang out spot for family, and the entire staff welcoming and gracious.

Didn't get to stay at Hotel MTK because the morning of our departure, my area (Montpelier, Vermont) had massive flooding, which wiped out *literally* every road out of town. Hotel Engine contacted the hotel on our behalf, but the manager rejected our request for a refund. I'm sure that was legally within the letter of the law, it was just an extremely unkind thing to do to people who are already in the midst of a natural disaster. The hotel might be a nice place to stay--I have no idea--but the manager has set a low bar in terms of humane treatment of guests.

The only Hilton or Marriott option between White Plains and Danbury. Great location off the Saw Mill. Yes, it's a renovated Holiday Inn so it's not brand new, but the service was great, the rooms were well appointed, WIFI worked perfectly and parking was ample and easy. Lots of outdoor seating to eat or sit by the pool and fast elevator. Two minute drive to the village of Mt. Kisco, but I was tired and ate at the hotel and my dinner (a burger with sweet potato fries) was REALLY good. If visiting or doing business in this part of Westchester County, I see no downside. The hotel is underrated.

I first stayed at this property almost two years ago and it had just been acquired by Hilton. Currently getting there but still has some things to work out. ' Good: - convenient location, right off the Saw Mill, abundant parking - good quality breakfast, albeit a bit short staffed. For those complaining about prices, its cheaper than the local alternatives - this is Westchester County, not Buffalo - function room space was nice - was able to check in via mobile app and use my phone as a room key - and it worked EVERY SINGLE time, rare these days. I've had other properties where I've given up and gone back to the front desk to get a key card. Things to improve: -Wifi was spotty. While connection never dropped, streaming was problematic at best - the final morning I was not given the option to check out via mobile app nor sent an email to check out electronically. Furthermore, when I tried to check out at the front desk I was told I could not do so until I had eaten breakfast and entered the charge into the system. WTF ? You've got my card on file for incidentals , I've never had this problem in any other hotel. Luckily it was not busy. If there had been a line, I would have just walked out and called later. Don't know if its a training issue ( the clerk did not seem knowledgable ) or a systems issue.
