Nothing fancy here. Clean rooms. Friendly owners, Fruit, real juice and coffee for breakfast. In the lower level rooms you will hear every step from above. Bonus is a very nice restaurant right next door.

I've stayed here many times over the years either on vacation or when attending driving school events at Watkins Glen with the BMW club. While not the fanciest place around the rates are reasonable, the staff is very nice and it is always well kept and clean.

Nice basic no frills motel. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. Continental Breakfast was nothing fancy, we picked up the fruit to take with us on our hikes and wine tours. We went to area restaurants for breakfast. Don't expect a few, but do expect to find a very clean room and friendly helpful staff! I would recommend...

If you need an inexpensive place to stay, this is it. Basic room, clean. However, it is very dated with 80s style bedspreads and worn furniture. Walls are thin, could hear the neighbor's music all night long. No frills.

At the last minute, my husband and I decided to make a quick overnight trip to the Seneca Lake area. The Falls was one of the few places that had a vacancy so we gave it a shot. We've stayed at a variety of locations in the Finger Lakes and this is the first time we've stayed at The Falls....

Stayed here 2 nights while sightseeing. Very basic hotel. Plenty of hot water and the room we stayed had a mini refrigerator, which was a plus. If you are looking for just a room great price for value.

Located in a quiet area...the view across the street not so great....but the rooms are clean and well-cared for. The bathroom was sparkling clean. We enjoyed our stay here...management was very attentive to our needs

My husband and I stayed here mid Sept for 2 nites; it was our second time staying here. The room was clean and quiet and the price was right! It met all our needs after hiking and wine tasting. Mike is informative about the area. Short walk to the falls and to town. Will definitely return. Thank you Mike and...

Spent a Saturday here on a last minute trip and I was pleased with the motel. The rooms are large and spacious with a nice flat screen TV. The Jacuzzi tub is just a regular size tub with the Jacuzzi feature so I'm not sure if it's worth the extra charge. Everything was clean and the owner is a nice...

So happy we found this place. The owners are so very nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean. It was a great location too--outside of Watkins Glen and it was nice and quiet. They had coffee, danishes and fruit in the morning. Really nice little gem!
