We stayed here for two days, the owner and staff were really friendly, and accommodating. Rooms were exceptionally clean, and the restaurant being walking distance was a great plus. Keep in mind that families here run on proper time and close at reasonable hours, in the event that you are used to 24 hour places.

A small, local owned motel, which features clean and adequate rooms. There are few frills but no real complaints - the area surrounding The Falls offers enough to do that you shouldn't have to spend much time in your room!! Be advised they do close for winter in November.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived on a Monday at 900pm and were starving. Michael at the front desk called over to the adjacent restaurant to tell them to hold a table for us. Much appreciated. The rooms were extremely clean and kept.

Nothing fancy here. Clean rooms. Friendly owners, Fruit, real juice and coffee for breakfast. In the lower level rooms you will hear every step from above. Bonus is a very nice restaurant right next door.

I've stayed here many times over the years either on vacation or when attending driving school events at Watkins Glen with the BMW club. While not the fanciest place around the rates are reasonable, the staff is very nice and it is always well kept and clean.

Nice basic no frills motel. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. Continental Breakfast was nothing fancy, we picked up the fruit to take with us on our hikes and wine tours. We went to area restaurants for breakfast. Don't expect a few, but do expect to find a very clean room and friendly helpful staff! I would recommend... More

If you need an inexpensive place to stay, this is it. Basic room, clean. However, it is very dated with 80s style bedspreads and worn furniture. Walls are thin, could hear the neighbor's music all night long. No frills.

At the last minute, my husband and I decided to make a quick overnight trip to the Seneca Lake area. The Falls was one of the few places that had a vacancy so we gave it a shot. We've stayed at a variety of locations in the Finger Lakes and this is the first time we've stayed at The Falls.... More

Stayed here 2 nights while sightseeing. Very basic hotel. Plenty of hot water and the room we stayed had a mini refrigerator, which was a plus. If you are looking for just a room great price for value.

Located in a quiet area...the view across the street not so great....but the rooms are clean and well-cared for. The bathroom was sparkling clean. We enjoyed our stay here...management was very attentive to our needs
