I want to start with an employee Julie at Resorts world who was so wonderful over the phone assisting me and my brother-in-law with our rooms. she helped me cancell a higher rate with a third party and rebooked us for the same dates. she took her time to make sure my experience was a pleasant one really, she couldn't do enough. I was so happy upon my arrival that I was able to meet her and shake her hand and intoduce her to my wife and family. I will be back and the next time I will deal directly with Julie who provided me with her # and ext. everything else was great, but Julie was the greatest!!!
This casino hotel is beautiful! The Front desk staff and management team are terrific! We had a big snowstorm that started on March 13th and didn't taper off until March 14th late in the evening! My hotel room was gorgeous and very clean.
Husband and I came for a birthday weekend getaway and we had a wonderful time! The staff was top notch professional and friendly! Special shout out to bar tenders Tina, Lisa, and John who always remembered us by name, drink preferences and even room number. We enjoyed chatting with them and they made the trip very enjoyable! Thanks!!! Rey the sous chef at Dos Gatos was so sweet and kind! The food there was great! Our goto for lunch. Highly recommend if you like real Mexican cuisine! We had dinner twice at Lotus because it was so delicious we had to come back for more! Thank you Jimmy and Stephanie for taking great care of us!!! David B and Meadow at the Alder thanks for setting us for billiards! You both were so fun to chat with! Our room was a king suite on 17th floor overlooking the mountains. It was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were huge and had a lot of them. Shower was large and water pressure/temperature was perfect! We loved the DJs and live bands Jason Wicks and the Hilbillys were great entertainment at night! We didn't think we'd get into the gambling since this was our first casino trip, but we did enjoy the slots once we figured them out and even won a decent amount of money to bring home. Yay! Was amusing to watch the action at the live tables too! Only con here was the bus loads of "undesirable" ( as other reviews called them) people that seemed to be there just to loiter in hallways either sleeping all day till bus took them back home, or doing random exercises in way of exits etc. Not sure if this is a normal thing for casinos or not, it was quite sad. Overall had a great time! Will be back again! …
I was checking out and Natalie(I believe her name was) was so friendly she even helped me book the other hotel the Alder at the same time for the next night early due to my grandson having medicine that had to be room temp. Now also at the same time a lovely employee by the name of Cynthia was at the next booth doing paperwork and looks up and saw another women next to me and asked “Are you two together?” A question anyone would ask so she would know to take her next or the customer begin her. The women (guest) became Obnoxious and rude trying to make it a racial thing because both of us was African-American and it wasn’t that at all!!! The employee Cynthia actually helped myself and daughter back in April and was so sweet and kind. I just want to give it up to Cynthia for holding her composure. We will come back again just because of the niceness of all the staff! The manger on duty was also amazing dealing with that rude customer and also making sure my experience was okay!…
Such a great experience at this hotel. When we arrived we were immediately checked in by a nice sweet women named Nyreka. She and the other ladies at the check in desk was so pleasant. I have an autistic son who was having a meltdown due to all the lights and sounds and they could tell I was stressing trying to calm him down and they were so sweet and understanding. Another lady (sadly didn't get her name) went and got him crayons and coloring pad. It was just such a great check in experience. Also the bellman named David was so patient with us. Took me a while to calm my son down so we were able to go upstairs but David was amazing and waited and helped bring our stuff to our room. You need more ppl like Nyreka, David and the check in ladies that were there last night 2/23/23!…
Booked to stay at The Adler. Was confused by the entrance. Thought the main doors would be on the same side to where the casino is. They are not, they are around the other side of the building. We went through the rear do and made our way upstairs to the front desk. We arrived at 4:30 pm and were told our room wasn’t ready yet, come back in 30 min. We were hungry so we ate at Los Gatos which was very good. Great nachos and burritos. Had some drinks at the bar. Go back to the desk 30 min later, room is still not ready. There were a lot of people waiting for rooms. Very inconvenient to the start of our weekend getaway. They said they had late check outs and were cleaning the rooms. We finally got into our room at 6 pm. I had asked the manager for some kind of compensation and he offered free drinks at the bar. Which I had no way of getting because he walked away. I let it go. Get to the room. All was good except for a toilet flushing issue. Call maintenance and they came up right away. Gambling was fun but they needed more cocktail waitresses. I read not great reviews about 24/7 so we opted to go to a diner in town which was very good. Miss Monticello Diner. In all an ok stay but not without some hiccups.…
every time I went to play in the casino their are people walking around collecting tickets, they watch you while you play make you feel very uncomfortable they wait to see if you leave your ticket I called security to remove these people. beware of. your credit cards one of them had their hand on my credit card, I was told he didn't know and he was sorry. I reported to security never heard anything from the casino. Resourts does nothing to control what goes on in the casino with the people.
Nice place but check in is at 4 and you have to pay for a late checkout doesn’t matter how much money you spend at the resort there’s no courtesy’ from the hotel I’ll take Atlantic city any time. 0000
Resort World continues to be a great place for a quick getaway. When we arrived, we were greeted by the charismatic front desk representative, Donavon. His smile was a warm welcome. He politely answered our questions and selected a mountain view room to upgrade our experience. Looking forward to our next visit.
Frank.k and staff are very helpful and attentive. Room was magnificent, pool and fitness center spotless. Definitely will be back with friends. Food at the steakhouse was amazing, and again just top notch service
