I love this hotel is so close to the beach. It is clean with hot showers and well taken care of property. Yes it is old and not cheap but hey you are in Montauk. Everything is close buy you can walk or grab a bicycle to get into town.

we arrived in Montauk in the pouring rain to go camping, we stayed here for the first night! Was cozy and clean. I wish we could have stayed longer. We faced the ocean - even though it was raining, it was a great view.

Close proximity to town. Beach across the street is pretty private. We had cabin #10 by the pool which had 2 small bedrooms, a living room with a futon, table and a tv, and a small kitchen. The cabin had a deck with a picnic table and a barbecue. The cabin was dated but clean and a pleasant surprise. The...

If you can think back to those old seaside motels you saw in the 60s, this place would be straight off the movie set. Across the street is the ocean. The rooms have been updated and have cute little decks with a patio picnic table and umbrella. If your kids have wet bathing suits, you can keep them on your...

The Breakers Motel @ Montauk is exactly what it claims to be - if you're prepared for the low maintenance vibe you'll enjoy your time here. It is not for those who are looking for a five star resort experience. We got a one bedroom cottage which was clean and relatively updated - there was some rust in the kitchen...

This place has new management and the bungalows her all renovated. That means the prices are much higher, also! Call and check prices, if you have not been there under the new management. It is a fun family place and we were meeting other family and friends. We would rent four of five bungalows near each other and have a...

The staff are friendly and accommodating. Reviews about noise ... What hotel can guarantee no noise. Seriously. It's a family hotel so your not going to deal with party crowds...

We <3 The Breakers--much more than a motel, charming blue and white cottages and rooms, with varying levels of efficiency, all around a blue kidney shaped pool with ocean in the (near) distance. Immaculate. Comfiest bed!! So chill. On the old montauk hway so out of the fray, quick walk to the beach, practically private. We came June midweek, maybe...
