Exceeded my expectations on everything. Kept very well informed on pre arrival reminders and and check instructions via text. We arrived during business hours so we met the inn keeper Sarah )I hope I spelled correctly) who is so helpful and friendly, and gave us a personal tour. We had the immediate feeling that we were appreciated and a welcome guest. Very accommodating, after hours refreshments, the morning breakfast made to order fresh and to perfection. The room was very comfy and location in the less crowded area of Oak Creek which is nice as Sedona itself is very congested. But a short hop away. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

We had an exceptional stay at this B&B. For us, it was in the "right" part of Sedona by Bell rock, not in the more crowded part of the town. The views were beautiful and we could walk to a couple of trails. The best parts of the experience were the food and the people. While the layout of the place was great, the food was fantastic. Every morning we got a bowl of fruit, yogurt and granola, a menu with special dishes, and a fresh baked good. The people working the B&B were friendly and helpful without being over intrusive. Other guest were nice to chat with and compare our Sedona excursions. The pool was also nice on a hot day. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely go back to this place!

Review for canyon villa bed breakfast My stay at Canyon Villa exceeded my already high expectations. I went to Sedona with a desire to heal. The safety measures were comforting. Nicole, one of the innkeepers was waiting to greet me at the entrance and gave me a tour initially. I shared with Nicole my purpose for the trip. Metaphysical healing is still new to me so Nicole gave me her recommendations. She casually mentioned she’s a healer using Reiki and Crystals. I scheduled appointments with healers throughout my stay but found the crystal healing session with Nicole made the biggest and most dramatic difference for me. At the Villa my favorite part was the breakfasts each morning. The food was prepared to perfection and the service was excellent. The other guests were warm and friendly which added to the experience. Oh, and the view was amazing!! I enjoyed a nice hike on the Bell Rock trail and the trail head is in walking distance from the Villa. I cannot wait to go back! …

We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed every moment! The food was as spectacular as the views, and all of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Perfect location as well at the edge of Oak Creek near several hiking trails. Hope we can come back again!

Beautiful views & incredibly friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious each morning- there was a menu of certain regular options each day + a daily special. Also yummy snacks (cookies/desserts) in the kitchen all day & a great variety of appetizers in the early evening, changed daily. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a breathtaking view of Bell Rock. It was snowing the day I left & Sarah helped carry my bags out with me - so kind. Really loved this place, already recommended it to my parents and some friends. It’s about 15 mins drive from downtown / Tlaquepaque area. Would absolutely stay here again. Mini fridge in room was helpful to keep some cold beverages on hand.

I have stayed at numerous hotels, inns, B&Bs, etc. in the US, Canada, and Europe, and without a doubt Canyon Villa Bed and Breakfast Inn of Sedona is one of the best places I've ever encountered! (And I'm very picky!) So many positive things to say, I'm not sure where to begin. The location is perfect -- quiet, out of the touristy district in Sedona but very easily and quickly accessible by car to shops, restaurants, hiking trails, etc. in Sedona (just to the north) and the Village of Oak Creek. The people who run the inn are wonderful -- very helpful, welcoming, efficient, friendly; everyone made us feel right at home and so comfortable. They make the entire atmosphere so peaceful, calming, and pleasant. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very well maintained, extremely clean, quiet, well-equipped (mini fridge, plenty of storage, hairdryer, etc.) and most, if not all, have an outdoor component such as a patio or balcony, with amazing views (except for the Agave room but that one has a private, walled patio and private, separate entrance). I stayed in the Evening Primrose room, which I understand is one of the smaller rooms. However, it is more than spacious enough for one or two people -- no complaints whatsoever! The public areas also are beautifully appointed, extremely clean, and well-maintained. They have an atmosphere of comfort and welcoming civility. Please see my photos and captions for more details. The breakfasts are delicious with fresh, varied pastries every day and a menu with several different selections. We had to leave very early two mornings for tours, and we were given an extensive to-go breakfast to take with us, which was so helpful and considerate. The views are outstanding, actually some of the best that we saw on our whole trip! I would love to return for another stay at Canyon Villa, which is now one of my favorite hotels ever. I stayed for 5 days and it was perfect! Canyon Villa is in a great location, it is very comfortable and spacious, and the food is delicious. I have no complaints at all! Everyone is friendly and lovely. Need i say the views are spectacular. And i would like to also mention the cookies in the afternoon are delicious too!
