Very reasonably priced and not that far from New York. The lobby is not very pretty, but everything is clean. I was surprised by my room. Nice size, clean, nice bathroom and a view of the New York skyline!!!! This place is very, very quiet, sleepquality is top!!! Someone wrote "breakfast below average". This is just not true, what do...

I had points from a boutique hotel I stayed in from another country so I had this for free so I cannot complain about price--otherwise it seems to be a bit high for the value. It is a family- run business which is really nice..decent free breakfast...a bit industrial location unless you walk the 10 blocks to the subway. The...

Before you arrive, confirm that this hotel has your reservation. They had lost ours and told us that our printed out confirmation and receipt of payment meant nothing and that they might not have a room for us. After 30minutes of tense waiting, the very rude front of house told us and another very distressed guest and 2 foreign arriVals...

Very much a budget hotel. Not within walking distance of anything really, mostly an industrial area. Kinda far ride on the subway into the city. If price is the most important concern, then this hotel is adequate. No trendy furnishings, old school style hotel furniture.

A fairly quiet backwater part of town, and a slightly rundown but pretty clean hotel. Staff was friendly enough (for New Yorkers), and really no complaints at all. It's only about a 20 minute walk to the subway, although they seem to offer a shuttle service (never saw one, though). For the price, this is certainly a decent place to...

Nothing fantastic but honest. The breakfast is below average; the gym too. Rooms are ok, nice to have shuttle to subway but this one is about 10 mntes walking.

Horrible hotel over priced not in good location rooms too small. The staffs where not friendly and not willing to guide and help the clients. The worst part was the breakfast, it was in a small room where everyone have to cramp in. They give us disposable plate and cup with which we really don't feel like eating. And the...

Very nice staff. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. What more do you need in new York, you only sleep in your room, and tour new York by day. The shuttle only runs free from 8 a.m. To 10 p.m. Otherwise they charge you 10 for the ride. Yellow taxi is only 4.60 to 40th and lowry station. We did...

If you're looking for a fabulous hotel in tip top shape close to the city...click next! If you're looking for a decent place to stay, about 45 minutes from the city, nice breakfast, and clean room...read on! The hotel could use some upgrading(AC unit made noise) but, are you in NYC to sit in your room and go aaahhhhh such...

A couple things that I did not like about the hotel. #1 the staff doesnt speak good english. it makes it very frustrating and hard to communicate with them. when i originally arrived at the subway station to be picked up I had a very hard time speaking with the representative to find out when, where, what the shuttle would...
