Booked a room through my company discount for a weekend stay. Room had broken fixtures, bed linens were ripped and had holes. No sanitary items like tissues or adequate soap. Internet was nonexistent.
I wish there was a MINUS sign in the review section. I would have given them -787364545 rating. From the staff to the room to the smell you get right after entering the hotel is just TERRIBLE. Let me start with the room first- the hotel bathroom was so unclean that shower curtain had black spots and they had spots on the corners of the bath tub. Towels looked so much used and untidy. Let me not talk about the bed sheet with you all. I hesitated to sleep on it the first time I say the bed sheet. SO DIRTYYYYY. We asked to change the bedsheet but they said they could for covid. we stayed their for 15 days WITHOUT changing the dirty bedsheet!!! How are they even called a hotel??? The hallways smelled like someone like smoking 24/7. AND while you are asleep, you might hear people LAUGHING, TALKING from the front desk. They are THAT LOUD AND DISRESPECTFUL. Me and my husband went to so many hotels but never found this kind of customer service and hotel management. I really hope this review goes to the Hotel MANAGEMENT team so they can change their way of keeping this hotel running. HATED IT!…
No breakfast. No housekeeping. No cleaning materials provided. Bathroom fixtures don't work. Public areas smell like weed and beer. Other hotels are providing all the normal services during the pandemic. Why not this hotel?
In my life I have stayed in so many hotels, some super good others not so much, but of all this is by far the worst. When we entered the room we found the sheets on both beds torn and ragged, the bathroom was not clean, the toilet seat had urine stains, you could tell that the room was not clean. Immediately I came down to speak with the front desk to let them know the situation. The person at the front desk said that they would immediately send someone to change the sheets and clean the room, but we were waiting for more than 20 minutes and no one ever came. Another point, the hallways reeked of cigarettes. At that time I decided to change hotels because I felt that the hotel does not have the best sanitary practices and the health of my family could be affected. I would DEFINITELY never recommend it and it is a shame that a prestigious chain like Wyndham has facilities in these conditions.…
Two words about this place. “STAY AWAY”. I recommend that anyone who plans on staying at this location ask to see their room first before giving them your credit card. Once you give them your card they’ll refuse to refund the money. I stayed there last week and was repulsed by how dirty and dark and disgusting the place was. After 3 room changes in less than an hour, I asked for my money back and they simply refused. Have stayed at LaQuinta places many times before and have had great experiences with them but this place is just a dump with crap for “management”. I swear to anyone reading this, this place is disgusting. Please be forewarned. Again, I will suggest, ask them to see your room first and then make up your mind. You will then know what I am saying is true. I will bet any amount of money, they say that they can’t show you the room beforehand. This should tell you something! Again stay away from this place!
