Very nice hotel, modern architecture, near Manhattan and with exquisite service and personnel. Transfers to Manhattan - Hotel - Manhattan every moment. Very nice views, so comfortable. Must come back.

Fantastic view, but that's it. Breakfast is really poor, basically just bread and butter and cheese. There's no selection of vegetables or salami/ham or fresh cheese, nor eggs or bacon. Quite disappointing. The heating in my room started working only on the 3rd day and, to

Dear Simone: I tried to call you this morning but I am unable to get the call to go through. I left you a voicemail yesterday and sent you two emails. Please know that I am concerned about your recent stay at the Z Hotel & I would like to speak with you about it in order to address your concerns. Can you kindly call me at the hotel or reply to the emails that I sent to you. I look forward to hearing back from you.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights - i agree with other posters the tourists tax and the $25 per night charge isn’t very clear when you book via Booking.com The hotel was clean, modern and had the best views of Manhattan. We had a room on the top floor (11) and it was simply

Z NYC Hotel became our home away from home following a terrible Airbnb booking. We managed to find what we thought was a great rate on a hotel comparison website, only to be surprised by hidden resort/facilities fees once we arrived - we hadn't read the small print. For each

We stayed for a long weekend at the begining of November and LOVED it! All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus was really helpful, we got on in the morning and came back late evening and had no trouble with it being too full. The rooms were a little cold,

Hi there. We came in from JKF and took the subway to Queensboro Plaza and walked to the hotel. It is about a 10-15 minute walk, alternatively there are taxis available. With regards to the area, I travelled with my 19 year old son and we felt perfectly safe. We walked from the hotel on the Friday evening to LIC landing, where we had dinner and then walked back to the hotel at about 10pm and we had no issues. It is a more industrial area but we absolutely loved the vibe. Let me know if I can assist further. Thanks Laura

If you are speaking to people anything close to the manner and tone your message is coming off - I'd hang up on you too. I think you should most definitely cal down, take a deep breath and try again. I cannot foresee a hotel of this kind with the reviews it has, hanging up on you to cancel a reservation. Try again in a nicer way. Cheers.
