I was doing a spur of the moment solo trip to NYC and had a hard time finding a hotel in Manhattan. I picked this one not expected too much - turned out to be quite nice - very clean and quiet, a short walk to the Queensboro station and a short subway to Manhattan. A good deal.

I stayed for 7 nights. NOTES: - The area is light industrial with some residential. It is unattractive but perfectly safe. - At Queensboro Plaza station there are no escalators or elevators but there are 60-80 stairs to negotiate, depending which level platform you use. Not at all convenient if you have luggage or are in any way incapacitated. Queensbridge...

Great place for the price. Everything you need and everything is working well. Clean. Fully non-smoking. Great sleep quality. 1 metro stop from Manhattan. Neighborhood looks strange, but we felt us secure while coming back home late night. Closest station - Queensboro plaza on q/n/7. Blue line from jfk takes you to Queens plaza that is 10-12 mins by foot...

Stayed in Ramada for 3 nights during our trip to NY. The rooms are clean but very small. The breakfast area is just way to small for all the guest which take all the enjoyment out of the meal as you have to eat it standing. The hotel was fully booked so we got 2 rooms in the basement with...

This hotel was great. We took the tube from jfk airport (airtrain costs $5 pay when you get off)to Jamaica station, changed train and got a weekly tube pass (about $30 can get at the station)to queenboro plaza station. Once you get to queenboro plaza station its about a 5minute walk to the hotel (we printed a Google street map...

This was easy to access, and was a stable and fast connection. - Free continental breakfast. A great way to kick the day off. - Ergonomic desk chairs in the room. - Nightstand table lamps with built-in outlets. Finding an...

PRO: The hotel is new, nice, clean, comfy and has great price! We loved the indian food that the staff suggested, they deliver in room for free, huge portions. CONS: There are 2 metro lines in about 10 min walking: good for the day, not so much at night.. we prefer to rent a taxi. The continental breakfast is served...

I stayed with my son and two nieces early April. Great value for the money hotel. Rooms were very clean, and so were the bathrooms. Good service by staff. I would recommend it. Location was Ok, although a bit remote from the city center. But only 2 subway stations away from central park. Not much opportunities for dinner in the...
