The location of the hotel is a good place to reach the JFK airport or to reach the city center. 45 minutes to the airport and 25 minutes to Times Square. The hotel has everything from ironing to coffee maker. Only the breakfast area is narrow, so when the customers arrive at the same time, there is no space for...

We went for this hotel as it seemed to be in a good location between JFK and Manhattan and it was. Great transports connection as it is close to the metro. Easy going atmosphere, which is exactly what we were looking for, breakfast was included in the rate and this was a lovely surprise, the buffet offered good variety and...

At first we were afraid because of the many bad comments, but after our stay we would recommend this hotel immediately. Its true, the interior is outdated and could use some renovation. We had a room with a view on the skyline of Manhattan. Every day new towels, every day we could make us a coffee on our room, very good...

Had to stay here for the snow emergency for $150/night. Lots of snow around, noone even cared to shovel. Very unfriendly check in as well. The place is dirty, curtains torn, half the shade is present, stained carpet. Owners, for God's sake this curtain costs one dollar, you charge people hundreds to stay in your rooms and would not even...

We stayed over the New Year period so finding a suitably cheap priced hotel was a challenge. Location is close to Queensborough subway, handy and quick to get in and out of NY City. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was included in rate and wifi worked well. The Room was in a state of...

Horrendous place. I have travelled the word and not found many worse places. Checked in and bath flooded, phone did not work, Tv did not work and lift was broken. Checked out early and found a new hotel.

This is the third time I am staying here. Good location 10 mts walk from Queensboro Plaza station which is just a few stops away from Manhattan. This was the most economical hotel at the time I booked and near Manhattan. Basic breakfast and also has a basic gym. Shawn, the guy at the reception, helped me a lot. Free...

It was my first visit to NYC. A work associate suggested this Ramada Inn. It was fine. I am very picky about cleanliness. I read some of the other reviews, and I have to say that our room was very clean. There were many complaints about cleanliness-from other customers that I have read on here--well, like I said, our room...
