The hotel room is old but you get what you pay. In fact, I feel that I get more than what I pay.
1. Excellent location that is closes to multiple subway station. Easy to call for Uber and other transportation as well.

Are you staying at this hotel? If so walk over to the R train, a couple of blocks over 7-10 min walk. Take the manhattan bound R all the way to the Whitehall south ferry about a 30 min train ride. Walk right over to the stated island ferry and off to the starting line you go. Just keep in mind the walk from the hotel to the train doesn't have coffee shops open at that hour of you need it. Also there is a 24 hour Dunkin at the queensboro train stop taking the R from there about a 12 min walk from the hotel.
