We went for this hotel as it seemed to be in a good location between JFK and Manhattan and it was. Great transports connection as it is close to the metro. Easy going atmosphere, which is exactly what we were looking for, breakfast was included in the rate and this was a lovely surprise, the buffet offered good variety and... More

It was my first visit to NYC. A work associate suggested this Ramada Inn. It was fine. I am very picky about cleanliness. I read some of the other reviews, and I have to say that our room was very clean. There were many complaints about cleanliness-from other customers that I have read on here--well, like I said, our room... More

The title sounds like an insult, but it's meant as a compliment. It was a bargain and in return the rooms are quite compact. However, it was spotless, good hot shower, warm comfy beds and a great location with awesome Manhattan views. There is a wee breakfast thrown in too. The basics but more that we bargained for :) The... More

The property is well located and room size is good, trouble is there is a lack of maintenance in the property in general. Wallpaper is falling off and cleanliness is very poor.

great room, great location, just 5 mins from tube station and its one train to times square or one train back to the airport which makes life easy, unfortunately it goes down hill from here, the staff are not the best, you get one word answers or they just dont know and as for the breakfast, paper plates and plastic... As other reviewers have noted, staff on reception leave a lot to be desired, and apart from having little customer service skills, I saw one asleep at the desk one evening about 11.30pm. They didn't appear to be professional, and appeared unapproachable We tried going for breakfast at various times, but it was always a struggle to find a seat,... More

I stayed in this hotel with my family last May 2016. The hotel is located in Queens and the unique selling point of this hotel is its proximity to the subway and to Manhattan itself. It is an old hotel but it offers a decent breakfast and the walk to the subway is less than 5 minutes. There were plenty... More

The hotel room is old but you get what you pay. In fact, I feel that I get more than what I pay. 1. Excellent location that is closes to multiple subway station. Easy to call for Uber and other transportation as well. 2. Breakfast included. Besides the sausage, everything in the breakfast is decent; fresh coffee, bagel, donut, boiled... More

The hotel is located in Long Island City, Queens. There are many auto repair shops in the surrounding area, it's more a commercial zone than a nice residential neighborhood, but I got a free of charge ample parking space every night a short walk away. To the next subway station it takes 8-10 minutes, N,Q or F line. Also it's... More
