I would give this place four stars except for the crippling bed situation. The room we had literally included a bed with such a worn out or weak mattress that we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed in order to keep them above our toes. The room itself was nicely decorated and would have...

We were looking for a place to stay near the lake at the very last minute - 6pm on a weekday night. The Chamber of Commerce told us the Fox and Grapes had availability. When we called, Jim was very friendly and accommodating. He had 2 rooms for our party at a special end of summer rate of $99 each...

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at The Fox and The Grapes and the service was amazing both times. The owners are friendly and the food and accommodations far exceeded our expectations. They really made our vacation memorable! I would highly recommend this place for your stay.

An excellent melding of old world charm with wicked-fast WiFi. Our host was readily available and accommodating. My wife and I had a lovely 21st anniversary celebration at The Fox and The Grapes and we hope to come back soon!

What was so nice about The Fox and The Grapes was the mix of old Victorian feel and the modern amenities . It was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms clean and outlets well placed throughout the room. The bed also was very plush. At the same time it had the old pictures and furniture of the time period. Jim did...

This was a beautiful B&B. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The view of the lake was just awesome. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the huge deck. Our rooms were comfortable and Rose and Jim were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was yummy, but not gourmet. Good coffee and warm baked breads each morning was a...

This was a beautiful Bed and Breakfast - our room was very nice, the food was awesome, the owner and staff were very helpful answering questions, making reservations for us, suggesting different places to go. It was very quiet and peaceful and very romantic for our anniversary get-a-way!! Watching the sunset from the deck was priceless-the view was beautiful!! We...

Immaculate, peaceful, beautiful, welcoming. I can't say enough and when I return to the Finger Lakes I will return to the Fox and the Grapes. The food was delicious and plentiful (coffee was good too and I'm a bit of a coffee snob). This was the perfect example of how a B&B should be! Thank you Jim!

Lovely setting with large enough deck for all guests to enjoy. Nice rooms and furnishings. Friendly without being overly friendly. Breakfast nicely presented and ambitious, but not awesome. Would stay again and recommend.

Jim was extremely welcoming. The room was clean and pre-cooled via AC on the 100 degree day we checked in on. We took a bike ride to a handful of wineries all within .5 - 2.0 miles, which made the B&B a great location. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset with a bottle of wine. During this sunset on the back...
