No Elevator. Hallways were hot and smelled of cigarette smoke. Room was 88 degrees when we checked in. sink wasn't attached to the counter top. Smoke detector in room looked like it was installed in 1965. No pillows for pull-out sofa bed. Called the front desk and were told they don't have any extra pillows. 2 person Jacuzzi tub didn't work. TV was smaller than my laptop monitor. One light switch in the room didn't turn on anything?

We were coming back for the holidays but had a house fire so the insurance company booked us here because we have a dog. Everyone was kind, friendly and very accommodating. They put out a nice breakfast every day and coffee and tea was available 24/7. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I stayed here because I was attending a dog training seminar. On first glance, the hotel room looked fine. Two large enough beds, clean looking bathroom. The room lighting was very dark though, so it was difficult to see much in the room. (But not dark enough to hide the movement of all the bugs). Another issue was the fact that the shower had next to no pressure. But no big deal to me. The BIG DEAL was this: As I sat on the toilet the first time, my eyes glanced down. I saw crawling bugs. I quickly swatted them and didn’t think much of it, at the moment. Until I saw an additional several bugs in the main room, on the lamp, on the desk, on the night table, on the floor. Bugs everywhere!!!! I wanted so much to attend the seminar and was very aware that there were no available rooms in the area or at this hotel. I found that out the night before as I was informed that Quality Inn had reneged on a confirmed reservation for one of the women in the seminar who was stuck at the last minute with no place to stay. The hotel did nothing to help her even though it was their mistake that the hotel overbooked. Not much integrity on the part of Quality Inn. Instead of leaving, I told the front desk person, Jackie, that the room is swarming with bugs and asked for bug spray. She did not have any, she told me. I then asked if she would have the room cleaning staff vacuum the floor, in hopes it would help. She agreed and said they will vacuum. But they never did. I searched for info about bugs in Lockport NY, the only thing that showed up was several reviews complaining about the bugs in this hotel. So clearly this is nothing new for them and they do nothing about it and act as if they do not care. I went to Home Depot the next day and purchased Home Defense bug spray. It did not help. There were just too many bugs in every part of the room. For example, when I left a small scarf on the desk for a half hour, I found a bug in it when I went to put it back on. Checking out on the 5th day, from the nightmare, I told Mr. Kahn who was at the front desk, what I went through. He told me to call the owner, Mr. Chetan, and he gave me his business card. I called when I got home and it turns out that the number he gave me was the hotel desk number. Jackie answered and told me Mr. Chetan is not in and she will have him call me back. Just like the vacuuming that never got done, the owner did not get back to me and it months later. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend Quality Inn for anyone who is not a species of bugs. If you are NOT a bug, stay away from this infested hotel. No one of the hotel staff , except one desk person Jerry, showed any interest in being of service in any way. If anyone has any advice for me on how I may get my money refunded, please let me know. I attach photos of several of the bugs - ants, stink bugs and other large fat bugs I do not recognize. I am still nervous affected by this nightmare experience expecting to see bugs on every counter I approach, as I experienced at Quality Inn.

I am responsible for Accounts Payable within a company that, recently, had crew members stay at this Quality Inn. While I cannot speak to the rooms, location, or anything else within the immediate motel area as I, myself, did not stay there, I can attest to the service of JARED who worked with me to get the invoices to me in a timely manner. He was OUTSTANDING to work with over the phone and via our email conversations. He was polite, knowledgeable, and provided all I needed upon request. Since this IS what I do on a daily basis, I certainly appreciate someone who makes MY job a little less stressful. THANK YOU JARED - WONDERFUL JOB!

We stayed two nights traveling with our Son for baseball tournament. When we booked the lady who made the reservation was very nice however, when we arrived there was a gentleman working who was bickering with a guest. The first night we used the shower and the floor felt like mush under your feet like it would collapse maybe from water damage. The bathroom door handle was missing hardware so the door handle was loose. The second night our ceiling was leaking and my overnight bag was dripped on getting my clothes all wet. When I went down to let the front desk know I wasn't even offered an apology - I was told "That happened to a lot of other people as well". I said I was checking out and he asked if I needed a receipt, when I said yes he told me that I would have to wait an hour for one and then showed me a list of other people waiting for a receipt as well saying the computer was working. It just seemed like one thing after another. I sent an email in to customer service and there resolution was to offer a rewards card -you accumulate points by staying at their choice hotels.
