I stayed here over the weekend with friends (1 night). The building & room were very nice! Beds (& pillows) very comfortable. The bathroom is huge, however, there is no counter-top or space to put personal belongs (or clothes) while showering. Maybe they're not done with the remodeling, but a temporary counter would be very nice.

We loved staying in Lewiston and at the Crossing. After traveling from Iowa to NY we were ready for a nice place and this was perfect. We stayed in the King Suite River view. Room was spacious, bathroom was amazing. Took bubble baths each night. YES! Breakfast was bagged but seems to be the case with most hotels during the pandemic. Nothing warm, unless you call oatmeal a warm meal. But it was filling and got the day started. Really good coffee. And amazing tea selections for evening tea and hot chocolate. They let guests have access to cereal, milk, juice, tea, coffee, yogurt, cookies, all day. I appreciated that to have a small snack at night. They were renovating rooms and hallways when we were there in mid October, so we just watched our steps. Parking was very close, and we missed the busy season and had beautiful fall weather to see the area.

I recently stayed four nights as part of a group event. The rooms were comfortable and well lighted. The air conditioning works well. But the best part was that the staff is amazing. Willing to help with any request. Very pleasant experience.

We came to Niagara to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We stayed at the Niagara Crossing Hotel and Spa. The outside is gorgeous! There is no parking lot, so you have to find street parking. No big deal, the village is adorable and feels very safe. However, the hotel room was downright gross… really run down and poorly maintained. For example: holes in the walls, dirty lamp shades, broken tiles in the bathroom, messy paint drips all over, scuffs on the walls, dirty / broken light switches, messy/wrinkled window drapes, etc. Whoever painted the room didn’t tape around anything so there is messy paint on everything, including the fire sprinklers, light fixtures, and bathroom tile. The drapes are falling off the wall on all 4 windows. Bring flip flops for the shower- the tile and grout are filthy. And, there is something nasty “splashed” up on the wall by the toilet- I don’t even want to know what it is?!? Photos include: Holes in the walls Damaged and dingy furniture Dirty / grimy bathroom Broken/dirty light switches NOT worth the money we spent. Not even close. The photos this hotel has on their website is not an honest representation of the room you will stay in.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars because this place doesn't even deserve one. It started the night before the wedding when we were setting up. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and not accommodating at all. Kendelle Acker was the most unprofessional wedding coordinator/ Catering Sales Manager ever dealt with. During the reception, she came up to the head table in the center of the room in front of the bridal party to talk to the bride and groom about matters that should have been resolved privately. Need to not mention she was swearing at the bride and groom loud enough that I could hear at the end of the bridal table. At one point she even pointed her finger at the groom and said "stop it and listen to me" in a very rude voice. Throughout the night she and her staff were flat-out rude, rolling their eyes and making snarky comments under their breath as they walked past anyone in the bridal party. I have never witnessed a more unprofessional staff, unlike this one. Kendelle's job is to make sure events run smoothly and that is not what she did. I would not recommend this place to anyone as it is not worth a penny, especially due to the lack of professionalism. They clearly do not care how they act in front of huge events.
