We stayed at the Hampton Inn this past weekend for a family wedding we had on. The hotel was clean, and the lobby was very nice with a fireplace. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and we loved the big bathroom. It also was convenient to shopping and restaurants. But the best part was the Manager, Tom and the Supervisor Rachel who were at the front desk. They were the best. Very professional and treated our family like their own. I definitely recommend staying there and hope to do it again.
Great hotel. Super clean. Staff was AWESOME and did everything they could to be accommodating. Everyone has different tastes and comfort levels and the staff were aware of this and went out of their way to meet all of our needs. We were a group of 11, all different ages and we were all happy.
Very friendly receptionist, room was clean + had a very nice set up. Pool, gym, and business centers were very nice, and we’ll kept. Seems like a place with good management + hygiene. Will be staying again if I’m in need of a place around this area.
We have stayed at Hampton Inns for nearly 30 years and every one in various states/cities have been a 10 rating with the company and a 5 with TripAdvisor. Sadly, this location was not up to par. Stayed 3 nights ~ Check-in was a breeze with a welcoming and friendly gentleman. We called him from our room asking how to sign on to WiFi and he was not able to tell us. We found a card with a telephone number to call for WiFi assistance....called and the was able to get help. The shower had a used bar of soap, half the pillows should be replaced as you can ball them up into a very small mound, the orange upholstered chair was blackened with filth, the sofa was missing, housekeeping did not show one day and both the toilet paper and tissues were rough. Oh, and the food was unappetizing.... could not eat there. The female desk clerk that was on duty day two did not speak/greet upon entering the inn until I passed her ...no greeting, no hello until I looked at her as I passed by. She was not on the phone and there were no other people in the lobby. You might want to bring your own toilet paper and tissues ~ no kidding!! On the plus side, the room was a very comfortable size, the water pressure very good, the air-conditioning great and the location was just minutes from the airport and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. I can highly recommend Innovo Kitchen Restaurants's Lamb Burgers, Creamy White Smoked Chicken Chili, Roasted Chicken Chop Salad and the Black Bean Burger. Oh, the Drunken Figs & Chicken dish with onion risotto was pretty good.…
Friendly staff. Room we were in needs work. Could use a brand new tub & curtain. Bathroom was gross. Breakfast was OK. Excellent staff. We were on first floor. Black out shades didn’t work well. Definitely could be wider to darken out the sides. Bed was ok. Not great.
We were only there for one night, room was OK, modern style. Bathroom was so so. It was unfortunate that breakfast the next morning was so deplorable. Not what we’d expect from Hampton Inn & Suites. Nothing much really… big bowl of ice with nothing in it… I suspect it was supposed to have yogurt in it, but it was never replenished. Basically breakfast was bare minimum, sort of what you would expect from a cheap motel off a highway. Disappointing stay overall, but Rachel at the front desk, who checked us in was delightful.
Definitely not worth the money. I guess the high prices are because it’s next to the airport. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels. Won’t stay here a second time. Breakfast was a very poor turnout. No fruit whatsoever. No cheese, no ham. Very basic. Cheap cornflakes - pay for Kellogg’s management. Everyone knows cheap cornflakes taste crap. Breakfast was three choices of cereal but only two if you are like me and don’t go near the colored Cheerios that are full of crap. Only one choice of bread. White. Tiny amount of pastries (two types) that ran out way too quickly. Breakfast ended at 10am. At 10.02 they closed the doors but didn’t say to us “anyone want anything before we close up?” Even though we were all right near them. I didn’t want any more and just saying that I noticed it. As for the rooms, bathrooms were nice but in need of maintenance. Our faucet fell off as did the toilet handle. Called down to front desk at 10pm when the toilet handle fell off and the guy on the desk said he’d have to come himself because there was no handyman around. Housekeeping is “customize your housekeeping” which really means “we are spending as little as possible and you won’t know housekeeping doesn’t come unless you read the sign on the bathroom wall. I read it because I read everything but I thought that was very cheap. Having to request housekeeping. The coffee and tea in the lobby were empty after breakfast and for the rest of the day until breakfast next morning. Room seemed clean enough. Sound proofing from neighboring rooms was excellent. Could hear the im footsteps of people above but for me the room was quiet and well sound proofed. The blind was thick which meant blacking out the room was good. Wouldn’t stay here again. I’ve had MUCH better breakfasts and toilet handles not breaking off at airport hotels the same price at this one and at hotels three times cheaper at non-airport hotels.…
Staff knowledge, courtesy, welcoming and accommodating. Cleanliness was good. I’ve never had any hotel have perfection on there cleaning. The staff was courteous and allowed me to rebook my flight and gave me a call as a reminder to checkout,
Modern very attractive room. Spacious room. Ran out of food by 9:00. Breakfast is served until 10:00. Opening to the mini fridge is in a very bad location. Open from the side. Both my daughter and I scraped our hands trying to use the slot in the top.
The optional housekeeping policy has outlived it’s (pandemic) usefulness. We requested our room be made up and it was not. I do not expect to stay at a Hilton property and have to clean my own bathroom after a long day out!
