Everything about our stay in Ramgarh Shekhawati was rare and memorable, and the hotel was a huge part of that. Really, you could have just stayed in this heritage haveli, and admired the architecture and the lovingly restored fresco work. The manager is very passionate about the property and the history of the region, and he was more than happy... More

This haveli turned out to be even more spectacular than it looked in the photos. Restored original, not repainted, frescos everywhere, with compatible, recent additions in my room and in the restaurant. In contrast to several hotels I visited in nearby towns, with more garish, overly renovated work. Large comfortable room, overlooking a clean, quiet lane, with lovely early morning... More

We visited the village on our way to Mandawa. By coincidence we passed this little hotel. We liked the decoration ,atmosphere and the hospitality of the owner a lot. We had plans to sleep in Mandawa, but we decided to stay in Ramgargh Fresco. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The inner garden and little library were... More

My family of two grandparents, parents and three small children all had a wonderful stay at Ramgarh Fresco. The hotel is in an authentic haveli complete with lovely frescos. The two suite rooms were immaculate, comfortable and very spacious (enough for our family of five). We also enjoyed there some of the best food we have had in Rajasthan, including... More

Decided to book 2 rooms on Expedia based on Trip Advisor reviews. Had some doubts initially due to the narrow lanes leading up to it & unimpressive exterior facade. But, were we in for a surprise upon entering the premises. The carefully preserved & restored Marwari Haveli dates back to 1880. True to its name, lovely frescoes adorn the walls... More

This haveli is one of the best place to stay in town of Ramgarh. If you have problem locating it (As this is located in smaller lanes of town), then ask for "Angrejo" wala hotel to any local and they will guide you correctly. It is located in a small lane, you have to climb one floor after entering from... More

We had a very relaxed and interesting stay here. This havelli is absolutely beautiful and the town is packed with endless historic and crumbling havelli decorated with fascinating paintings and a great small bazaar. Ravendra is an excellent guide and he and his wife produced the best food we had on our stay in India. This is not 5 star... More
