Together with my friends (we are volunteers) we stayed at panorama cottage (value for money was very good!). It was wonderfull there. Arnold, one of the owner was very friendly and took us to his own island where we could stay for one night in a tent. There were no other people on it...we went fishing and harvested our vegtable... Family run resort off the beach but in a beautiful woodland setting. The cottages are clean roomy and well kept. Hot water is provided is jerry cans, cold water on tap. Remembering this is an island in Uganda where the infrastructure has not been significantly upgraded over the years, it is a great escape from the noise and hustle of... More

We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. Arnold, the manager, is excellent at customer service and speaks perfect German! The breakfast is quite good and if you have the chance as Tilapia curry, its delicious! Rooms are spacy and clean although there was rarely hot water available. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends... More

Great team who make you enjoy your stay. This is a place you come to when you want to unwind. Arnold and team ensure you are comfortable, make good suggestions for activities, cool excellently and go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. Definitely a place to come back to.

I've been to Panorama a few times through the years. The bandas are simple, clean and well-kept. The prices are reasonable and the grounds are beautiful. It's only a simple walk from the Kalangala ferry, and during the day you can easily stroll to several other hotels (which are far more expensive and less accommodating in my opinion) to swim... We took ferry from Entebbe to Sesse Island. It took about 3 and half hours. Arnold, the owner of the Lodge came to pick us up at the Doc. The lodge was actually only couple of mins walk. It is a family run business and very quiet. No hot water for shower. but I didn't need one. I paid only... More

I visited in January with my wife for our honeymoon. We had never been to Sese so we didn't know what to expect. So booked I for two days in Kampala with the intention of investigating other places when in Sese.We ended up staying for a week. We loved the privacy of the cottages and the serenityof the place. The... More

I stayed there over the Christmas Holiday. Unlike the rest of the beach hotels that were booming with loud music and activity, Panorama was quiet and serene. Allowing the whole family to have some good quiet time. The hotel is closely supervised by the owning family so you get the best value for your money. I definately will make another... More

The Panorama Cottages are just a five minutes walk from the beach. The small Bandas are furnished with everything you need. The most amazing thing about the Panorama Cottages are the people working there. Their friendliness and openness is beyond everything I have ever experienced on Uganda or Africa for that matter. The food selection is broad enough and it... More
