Horrible night spent here after a long day. The air-conditioning kept conking off every few minutes. Loud music kept blaring till the middle of the night. A fan provided as a substitute too had to undergo repairs at midnight. No alternate room provided inspite of repeated requests. If you want a sleepless night this is the place to be. Pathetic and shameful service. 😡

Room was clean, AC working well. Amenities in the bathroom. Fridge and TV with English channels. Very comfortable stay. The only let down was the very limited availability of the food choices on the menu. Hardly anything was available, so after a 4 day stay it was challenging to eat at the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks for a nice comfortable stay.

Everything was on point. From the food to the rooms to the service, the people serving, the environment. Very well done..would highly recommend without hesitation. The managers as well always came in to check in on us.

The hotel has a very lovely ambience, the rooms are very spacious. I enjoyed the food; it was very delicious foods....Thank you Source of the Nile Hotel. Will definitely recommend you to a friend...Looking forward to coming back on my next visit to Jinja.

It’s a very nice place for chilling with friends It has gardens which can accommodate a picnic kind of setting with the view of the river . Their customer service is really good especially the waitresses and waiters . They were really nice to us . I highly recommend it

We had a lovely wedding hosted here and so spent the night here. The hotel is located in a spacious property right on the river Nile with lush gardens. Food was great, rooms were neat and clean and staff were very helpful. Waking up to the site of the new Nile bridge and the river Nile was a highlight. Make sure to get rooms with a nile view.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were so warm and helpful. I liked the soft pillows and that we had a variety to choose from at breakfast. The proprietor was also around to make us feel welcome and at home. Well done- we shall definitely be back

The rooms are nice and big, the grounds are very nice with a view of the Nile. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is ok, need more fruit like mango. Needs a gym and a nicer restaurant space. Jinja is a very pleasant town.

Nice staff and overall kindness in service, but this hotel has no interest except in case of a conference or an emergency with no other accomodation. internet is a disaster, don't expect sending a simple email.The buffet food was ok .

Every person should travel to Jinja and see the source of river Nile. The feeling was out of this world and meeting hundreds of people from all over the world looking for the source of River Nile is simply an experience no one should miss. Would love to go back.
