Lunch in the terrace room overlooking the Nile was stunning! The hotel is very well cared for and has air conditioning in the room!!! There was mold in the bathroom and wish my linens would have been a little fresher but overall was a great stay.

While the hotel was only average due to the attendant turning off the air-conditioning every time they cleaned the room, it was a decent room for the money. The food was very good however, with the Chinese dishes being especially good. The Chinese food was the best Chinese I have ever had the pleasure of eating.

I love this place. The food is good and the view is unbelievable. The chinese chef is elusive but the chinese food is great. It's always reassuring when the chinese chef is in. Great place altogether.

It is just like home to me in Uganda and everyone is so helpful and friendly and it is just nice to be there. The food is good especially if they cook the breakfast for you personally and so is the evening meal. I like my room, I usually have the same one and the air-con is very useful

Our recent trip to Uganda was very successful. We travel there every two years, and always stay at this hotel, because of the security and the safe food. We had some extremely nice wait staff in the restaurant, and the housekeeping staff was constantly working to keep everything clean and pleasant. The room was comfortable and fairly roomy, and on...

Stayed here for 4 nights in total and the hotel staff couldn't do more than enough. They were dedicated to please guests. Bit disappointed that the outside of my hotel room (room 55) had all the hotel washing hanging on the line...! Food was good, I had to buffet-type meals and all food was piping hot and there was a...

We travelled to Jinia for five or seven nights as part of a charity trip with my sixth form a pretty big group. Jinja isn't renowned for it's hotels which is understandable, we were greeted with a warm welcome and then shown to our rooms, very small with little space to relax into, bathroom was dreadful have to say a...

As others have mentioned, Jinja isn't really known for its nice hotels. That being said, I would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed for almost 2 weeks while on a business trip. Rooms- the rooms vary quite a bit. My first room had a big 4 post bed with a mini fridge, and was pretty spacious. The bathroom, though, had...

This hotel has been neglected,i slept in a tiny single room next to the road but i could tell that the wall paper, furniture amongst other items in the room had not been refurbished in over 10 years. I had to call the reception to get me a rug for the bathroom.the bathroom was a tiny cubicle squashed together with a...

This is one of those hotels I would like to skewer in a review--a very tired, not-so-clean, small and poorly-designed room, an outright lie that there was (working) in-room internet (the internet was woeful in the whole place) and food that rhymes with "Nile." But I have yet to find a good hotel in Jinja, so I would have to...
