This is a great setting for a campsite. Bar area is funky. Patrick was friendly when welcoming us. We stayed in the tents and would recommend them. Toilets are a short walk. The tents are secure and have nice views. Food there is basic but not bad. Best value comfortable camping around for anyone that wants that. Would recommend.

The place was what we needed as a break from Kampala. Best if you have your own vehicle to move back and forth between town and the other resorts with resturants. They still have ties to all of the river activities, so no worries.

Having stayed here to go rafting with Nalabule (great fun), we squeezed in another stay at Nile River Camp a week later. Fantastic location with unbeatable views, company of monkeys & diverse birdlife (take a kayak out early one morning & ask for the bird book when you get back), excellent host Dylan making sure everyone feels welcome together with...

We stumbled upon Nile river camp as we were trying to look for another place and we are so glad we did! It is one of the best places we stayed on our 4 month trip. The bar/restaurant/lounge area is perfect and relaxing and there are great views over the Nile. Food is great and beers are cold. The staff...

The Nile River Camp was great! Even though there were a lot of people in the area when we were staying there, it was quiet at night. We brought our own camping gear and slept in one of the camping sites so I can't review any of the accommodation. The service at NRC was great and the food was good....

Loved my time at the NRC in a safari tent. The hangout area is cool and relaxing, the food is excellent quality and the service is really friendly. They do birding boat trips as well as the adventurous stuff. Complete bliss.

Lovely campsite with nice pool. Perfect for families and so friendly. Going there is like going home, they remember you and make a big fuss of the kids. Great people. I am told it turns into a party place at times though, so there is a whole other side to this place too. Fantastic boat trips on their own boat,...

Great place to visit, perfect views, very chilled. Food ok, but nice little pool. You can use this as springboard to various activities such as horse riding or cycling the local area. The staff and manager are lovely - recommended!

It's midnight. I am laying awake listening to a group of ~40 school children scream. I don't know where management or their chaperones are. They woke me up at 7am this morning splashing in the pool. The toilets are clogged and when this was reported, the staff refused to do anything. The rope swing (a major reason I came here)...
