First, this hotel has changed its name. It is now Hotel Archipelago. However, no one locally uses the new name, so ask for Hotel Hifadhi. The location shown on Tripadvisor is also wrong. I do not know how to send a correction for that. I stayed for 2 nights on business. Its location is convenient for Chake Chake. The road...

This is a decent hotel, considering the location. Rooms are clean, although the bed is very hard. Wifi only worked in lobby area. The pool was unusable and there were lots of bugs on the back patio. Breakfast was okay, but service overall in the restaurant is quite slow.

The Hotel Hifadhi is well equiped with air conditioning and wifi. The room I had was spacious and quiet, the bed was confortable and the staff was nice and efficient. The hotel is located at about 500 m from the main crossroads. The breakfast is good with fruit juices, fruits and crepes and chapathi.

Oh, where should i start? I stayed at this hotel for six nights, and i loved it, and its well located in Chake Chake. The room was really nice, like the breakfast and restaurant. The staff was really, really nice and helpful. I actually had a minor problem during my stay, and that was missing my flight from Pemba, (thats...

I was a little bit disappointed by this hotel, after looking at pictures and reading reviews online. The rooms were good although there were a few problems. The toilet in my room leaked, and the fridge in one of my friend's room didn't work. This same room also had faulty air conditioning which she had to complain about several times...

We were on Pemba Island from 26/04/2014 till 01/05/2014 and (after a first night in dusty Le Tavern - price 30$), we spent all of our nights in Hifadhi hotel. This is definitely the best hotel in Chake Chake city. The rooms were in perfect condition, the personnel is very friendly, the meals are adequate and there is even a...

I stayed at the HIfadhi hotel for a few days in February while on Pemba Island for work. Outside fo the fact that the hotel is not on the water, it really is a jewel of a place. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and went the extra mile to help with anything (e.g. taking...

We stayed at Hifadhi in March for several nights, and very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is only a short walk (maybe five minutes) to the main road of Chake Chake. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly, polite and attentive. Shumi, the general manager, is a particular delight, and is a...

I stayed at Hifadhi hotel for 4 nights and each day was heaven. From the reception staff, service and housekeeping they were all welcoming and polite. The GM Shumi Shaffy is a professional and makes sure her guests are happy and comfortable. Their breakfast was a good experience with fresh cooked madanzi, pan cakes, eggs, chicken soup and beef sausages...
