I have stayed at this motel a number of times now. If you want a clean room, great service then this is the place for you. Owners Rod and Barb are incredible hosts who go out of their way to make your stay a positive experience!

I had a great stay at the Maple Leaf Inn in Lake Placid. Three nights there and it was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean, bright and the bathroom also was great. Good location, easy to get to restaurants but also easy to go the back roads and avoid the downtown traffic. I went over to the office...

Stayed at the Maple Leaf Inn, Monday-Friday 12/26-30. It was a good value for the money, room was a little dated but it was a nice room, the beds were comfortable, refrigerator, microwave in the room, nice flat screen TV with cable. Location was good on Saranac Ave, a short walk to town. I would stay at the Maple Leaf...

Warm, cozy and very affordable. The owner was very welcoming, even with our very late arrival. Extremely large room was warm and cozy even on a snowy, cold November night. Very close to the center of downtown Lake Placid, so just a 10 minute walk to be in the center of everything. Highly recommended!

Spent two days at the Maple in whilst crossing from Toronto to Boston. We were looking for a low cost room to keep costs down. However the room was dirty and very run down, the sink was hanging off the wall, the net curtains in the bathroom where yellow with dirt. I am guessing that the room hadn't been decorated...

The room you reserved is our smallest least expensive room at $81 per night mid-week. The sink was not hanging off the wall. The back splash was half inch away from the wall on one side caused by a guest sitting on the counter. It has been repaired but by no means was hanging off the wall or effected its...

Room was clean, small bathroom, but adequate. Owner "ROB" was very helpful and friendly. Location was A-1, close to everything. Pool available, looked very inviting, but we just didn't have enough time. Next time through definitely!!

Small motel, comfortable beds, and very clean. Located on main street, just a short way to the center of town. Owner is friendly and helpful! Perfect for my one night stay, and reasonably priced! Can't ask for more.

Well situated, simple but functional and clean room, friendly staff. We had a good night and were happy of our choice for one night in Lake Placid! I can't think of anything to complain about given the very reasonable price: we didn't have very high expectations either ;)

We just wanted a simple, affordable place to stay, fairly close to downtown Lake Placid. This worked out great. About a 10 minute walk from the main retail street. The room was straightforward, but clean and comfortable. Nice to have the pool for a quick dip on a hot day.

Three night stay to visit the region. Well located. 5 minutes walk to Main street Lake Placid. Rooms are neat. Bed is confortable. Everything you need is there. TV screen is cheap but who cares. Friendly service. The owner is very helpful. Recommended.
