Great location. Downtown, able to walk to shops and lake. Hotel nice, clean. Had lunch in the restaurant when I arrived, pricey like hotel restaurants can be, ok meal. Ate out the rest of the time. People friendly and helpful. Could hear the neighbors through the connecting door.

Love the location of this resort . Water and mountain views were amazing . Dog friendly too. World have preferred cleaner bathrooms, no rug in the room as it smelled musty and a good restaurant on-site .

Location was perfect to see the lake and walk right onto the grass for my dog. We were brought champagne, pet bed, pet scarf, bowls for water and food. Very comfy human bed. The only thing is the front couldn't find my reservation because my last name was first and the receptionist was difficult to understand bco her accent on the phone. Wish they had room service and the lower bar open all the time. Didn't know of so much construction on Saranac Ave. Hope they finish soon. Still very happy, thanks.

We enjoyed our stay. Jenna went out of her to make sure we had the room we had hoped for. Third party reservation service misled us but Jenna fixed the problem. The room in the resort had a great view and was very comfortable (newly remodeled). Access was super convenient for my wife’s 95 year old mother and having the restaurant on site was perfect.

Clean, accommodating and in a great location. Our room was a nice size and allowed our small dog (and wonderful amenities for him as well!). Walk to the Main Street and has an attached restaurant. The gym is fine for cardio but lacking in weight machines. Pools looked nice, although didn’t use. Took advantage of complimentary yoga Saturday morning.
