Our 4 rooms were dirty, the beds were not clean, the lodge needs renovation and the prices are way too high for the bad quality. It seemed that this lodge is not properly managed for quite some time. We have staid in a few Gondwana lodges up to now and were always happy, but Namushasha was a big disappointment.

Wonderful lodge in exquisite nature, room with big balcony overlooking the river and wetlands. Wonderful bird life. The boat cruise is highly recommended. Food is good, not as much choice as other Godwana lodges. Friendly staff. Peaceful and restful holiday experience.

This was the first time Bustards Birding Tours had stopped at this lodge, and what a great place it was, to put your feet up, do a bit of afternoon birding, photography and wind down over an excellent meal and chat with friends. During a bit of mid day down time, I was privileged to spot a Sitatunga across the...

We had a warm welcome and a friendly introduction. The room was luxurious and perfectly equipped with air condition and everything else needed to make it a prefect stay. The shower was a wonderful surprise with the view onto the river. We enjoyed the friendly and professional service by all staff members and will gladly recommend Namushasha Lodge to others....

Nice hotels grounds, rooms are big and clean. Rooms have a good view over river. They supply bug spray if you do need them. Bar area has a terrace to watch what happening down the river. Dinner and breakfast are buffet. Food is nothing to shout about. But if you have to leave early in the morning make sure you...

Beautiful lodge, fantastic setting. Efficient and friendly service! The River Cruise in particular was my highlight, our guide Rector was amazing and really went the extra mile to give us the best possible experience. We had the most unforgettable experience viewing the hippos- truly amazing!

Beautiful lodge. Swimming pool pleasant to use. Walk to the Heritage Centre was worth doing. Land and River Safari's had good guides full of information. Room with balcony with crocodiles swimming past and Monkey's looking in the windows each morning. Amazing bugs we learnt the hard way to keep the door closed once it was dark.

A beauty in the wildness, huge terrass with view ro the river. Chalets with private balcony facing the river. Unfortunately only buffet dinner; better a la carte, also for small hunger Recommended are umbrellars to get shade at the terrase

What a beautiful lodge / campsite. We camped at Namushasha and the campsites are enormous!! Each with its own ablution block!! Plenty of shade even during midday! Very friendly staff! I have only 2 minor "complaints" - the swimming pool (??) at the lodge too small! and at the campsites the fire facility for barbecue (braai area) is not ideal!...
