splendid location, easily accessible through a dry river, impressive scenery, especially at sun set and sun rise. nice rooms in the caves. simple meal and breakfast with vegetables from own garden; very friendly staff; weak electricity; comment to the owners:watch price/quality balance of the diner.

Charming and lovely auberge deep within todra gorge. We had a fantastic dinner in quaint restaurant area of the hotel lobby. Beautiful scenery and terraces surround the auberge where you can relax from your travels and enjoy a drink. Also funky cave sleeping rooms await!

Not far up from the Todra gorge narrows, and across the usually-dry oued from the road is a cluster of native-rock buildings with comfy, romantic bedrooms and little patios or balconies overlooking the towering cliffs and riverbank. The staff was warm and helpful, and the food wonderful. We stayed two nights - caught by a flash flood in October 2016,... More

Set back beyond main tourist area of the gorge this bespoke solar-powered hotel takes advantage of its natural surroundings with rooms carved into the rock itself. The location is well suited for enjoying the nearby traditional villages, hiking and for the particularly brave, climbing! The accommodation comes complete with bathroom including shower and an outdoor bathing area to enjoy the... More

We had a short though amazing stay at le Festival in October 2016. The auberge is a beautiful place with spacious rooms that are very well decorated (cave room was very nice) plus a lovely garden. Staff is fun to talk with, attentive and knowledgeable about the region. The staff advised a great 3-hour hike that had great views (pay... More

We stayed one night in a cave room at the beginning of October 2016. On arrival, we were immediately charmed by the surprisingly large grounds and the amazing view from the various terraces. We were shown to our cave room which was beautifully decorated and everything we needed for our stay. Youssef and the other staff were extremely friendly with... More

Cozy, reasonably remote to get good rest, friendly personnel. Unfortunately, as nice as it is place is way overpriced for what you get. No hot water in the morning or late at night? Sorry, for the same price in Morocco and Tinerhir there are plenty of options where one could stay and not worry about basics. Some of them might... More

Our overnight stay, turned two nights, and we couldn't say anything wrong about it. The staff is very welcoming, as the owner is present each day. Our stay was a bit exciting as a rainstorm came in overnight and caused us and a few other to stay over. With not wanting to drive in the rain and the roadways being... More

Great Hotel with very nice rooms and an awesome view to the rock valley. Very nice staff, also serving wine for dinner. Food was nice as well, served on the terrasse. Mini pool is sufficient for cooling down.

This place was incredible. I have never seen such an amazing and unique place. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and looks like a little castle. Rooms were beautiful and the whole place just magical. Staff was extremely nice and food was amazing. I have just superlatives for this place - awesome experience!
