Confortable bungalows in a beautifull location close to the beach with a view on the lagoon. Rooms are clean, well equiped and with a nice view Nice restaurant with good cooking Smart place where you can walk along the beach during hours
We stayed for 10 nights at the hotel which by all accounts is an unusually long time. People normally come for two or three bights. We were both working online during the week and the internet was more than sufficient. The staff at Tekoma are fantastic and too great care of ys throughout our stay. The food was excellent and they easily catered for vegetarians with a great veggie menu The beaches are glorious and a walk to Trou d'argent is a must Even though it was very windy we loved exploring and hired a scooter to traverse the island.very little traffic and easy to get around. Definitely coming back again.
Stayed for four nights/five days. Whilst the views are to die for, the service is below average and robs one of the premium hotel experience. Plus sides: The views - absolutely stunning! The room - stand-alone and offers good privacy. The bed is bigger than a king size and is really comfortable. The bathroom is large and gives the option of indoor shower/outdoor bath. Every unit has an android TV. The beach in front of the hotel - pristine & beautiful. Definitely the highlight of Tekoma. The less positive sides: Late check out is not free of charge - after spending 4 nights, we requested a late check out (only one extra hour) & we were told it would cost an extra 2K MUR. Any late check out is at an extra 4K MUR. Food - same breakfast menu every day. Becomes boring quite quickly. Only 2 options for starters/mains at dinner (very limited). Food quality varies daily - overall, average. Cleaning - quite messy sometimes. Quality of the cleaning varied daily and sometimes there was a lack of attention so some parts were cleaned and others not quite. Reception & service in general - very poor. The lack of hospitality is pretty shocking. We called reception with queries but they never called back so we had to chase and generally, there was an unwillingness to help which can make Tekoma feel like an average motel rather than a luxurious experience.…
On our visit to Rodrigues Island, we went to visit the hotel.. Its just a great one with breathtaking view over the bay.. A very cosy place to be.. The staff are just very welcoming and helpful.. A very nice place to be.. Situated in a very quiet spot of the island this resort brings a no stress and relaxing mood within oneself.. Great food and excellent service..
We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The location of the well designed and decorated cabin pleased us. We also appreciated the good quality in general, material, style and overall in service and atmosphere.

12 of us visited the hotel for 4 days and had fantastic time. great location to strike out on fantastic walks south to the coves and north to watch a wonderful sunset. All staff v friendly and half board the right choice.
The rooms were nice and spacious with a lovely bathroom , big outdoor bath The staff are very helpful and friendly We also used the spa for a couple massage that was very relaxing The only thing that was a little disappointing was the food But overall a nice weekend break
We have been to Le Tekoma for dinner only and we had an amazing evening !!! The staff was super welcoming and the place is so beautiful, modern, rustic and very charming. The white beach is stunning. The food and appetizers were delicious, our compliments to the Chef and team !!!!
Tekoma happens to be located at the easterly most point of Africa, and so naturally it is the eastern most hotel in Africa. A superb hotel with very attentive staff ably led by Marie Noel, and with lovely individual sea facing chalets for rooms. The outdoor baths are a lovely touch. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying here in future visits to Rodrigues.
