This has been the best place I ever stayed. Everything was perfect. Pascal who is the owner and his lovely wife took care of us as family. From the room decoration, the garden, the flowers, the gifts, the lovely homebake bread for breakfast to the wonderful dinner. Words cannot express our feeling and gratitude. Only downside is that you will... More

I stayed here with my fiancee for 3 nights and we could not have asked for a better location. The owner and his wife were very accommodating and friendly. The view was amazing and the location was very quiet and peaceful. Every morning we were served a wonderful breakfast while our room was cleaned well and efficiently. I would definitely... More

I spent 10 days with Pascal and Claudine in their lovely domaine. The place itself is very authentic and still very cosy. each bungalow has its own style and charm. The view is terrific. The swimming pool is lovely and benefits from magnesium water. The only downside would be that the wifi only works in the bar-swimming pool area, but... More

We stayed in 2 different guest houses on Rodrigues. This was the more luxurious of the two, but we felt slightly less a part of the community here as we were hidden behind gates and not really part of island life. The couple who run the hotel are very lovely, they speak very little English and our French is shocking... More

The only problem we had with this place was trying to find it as there were no signs or indications to point us in the right direction and noone seemed to know where it was. So after trying to adventure in a small derelic street we managed to find it. Warmly greeted by the cleaning lady and mocha an amazing... More

I knew that the 2 weeks at the Domaine hit the mark when we landed back in Mauritius' airport and I was the slowest amongst the crowd. Pascal and Claudine made our party of 5 (couple, grandparents, and 4y old) feel like we were at home, with the addition of great concierge and cooking services. Pascal always had a fantastic... We was at the "Domaine de la Paix" for three nights. We will stay longer for the next time..... The island is much more interesring and friendlier than Maritius. You can get in contact with the locals and always find a smile. The island is not as touristic as Mauritius or Reunion. The owner of the "Domaine de la Paix"... More

It is an architectural jem located high above the Anse aux Anglais. Unexpected quality in Rodrigues. Generous big rooms with very modern architecture ,not to everybody's y taste but nevertheless of high quality. It has difficult acces and not well marked road , you really need some one to bring you there . Classical "french" continental breakfast is servred. The... More

My husband and I have only just returned from vacation – seven days in Mauritius followed by a few days in Rodrigues. We are happy to have done it this way as (even though Mauritius was indeed fabulous) it was lovely to end our trip with five days at Domaine de la Paix. This guesthouse is run by the very... More

We staid 6 days with 2 kids there and it was the best holidays we ever had. Excellent location. Warm welcome from the owners. Outstanding breakfast with bread coocked by Pascal. Top class. The rooms are very nice. We took dinners there and loved it. We definitely recommend this location. The swimming pool is really nice, having panoramic view on... More
