We stayed here on a B and B basis. The hotel is very close to the Infamous Senna Gambia Strip. The rooms were a little dated but very clean, and the Staff were so helpful. The Food was good. Loved the Monkey's visiting us every evening, and the Vast amount of Different Birds around the grounds. Weather was Perfect and...

Hotel standard is good. Staff is kind and there is a lot of them. The garden surrounding the hotel buildings is greenish and beautiful. Sometimes the monkies come and entertain you. The food in the restaurant is ok but nothing more. The situation of the hotel near the Senegambia road is perfect. Near all the different small local restaurants and...

I am completely bewildered as to how people rate this hotel so highly, especially when the things people have complained of persist, demonstrating how the hotel owners do not listen. Now I know that 'you get what you pay for' and that this is not a 5 star place. But, even for a three star that charges around $100 a...

I've been twice in this hotel for business reasons over the last 2 years. Service is great and the facilities of the hotel are perfect for holiday makers. It's located at the end of the Senegambia strip so you have alternative options outside for food and beverage. Rooms have been renovated and are spacious. Hotel pool is nice and the...

Stayed here with my wife for 9 days; excellent. The area is quiet ďespite the fact that it is almost always fully booked. Staff will do everything possible to make your stay as good as possible. Smal beach area were you can swim in the sea under supervision of beachguard. . Hotel is located close to the so called Strip;...

We have been here for the second time. Now we had room 212, also very nice with reasonable wifi. The breakfast was oke. Every day the room was made clean and new towels. All the staff were friendly including the gardeners. At the lawn were enough loungers. Sometimes the monkeys came along.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. As a business traveler it does not fully meet expectations. It is not expensive and I guess many would say it is good value. Certainly it is a lot cheaper than the Kairaba next door, and better value for money. Breakfast was included, and offered a wide variety of food. And frankly, it...

Last time we were here was 2012. We were here for 2 weeks in halfboard. In 5 years time, quite a lot has changed. They have sacrifised a part of the garden to construct 2 new buildings to allocate the "superior rooms", called bantaba. The rooms are indeed superior but it is a pitty for the hotel (and garden) as...

My husband and I got back yesterday and it was a holiday to remember for ever. Checked in quickly. We were allocated a first floor room and asked to change to a ground floor which they gladly did. The room was a little dated but it was very clean, spacious, well equipped with comfy beds, a fridge and FAT pillows...
