We booked the 3 bedroom cottage along with a few other families. The cottages were roomy and had full kitchen facilities which was really nice. The cottage and surroundings were very camp like and definitely not for the chic, 5 star clientele! The lake was beautiful, but all the way down a steep hill. This is not a resort for... More

This is our 4th time to Depe Dene Resort. You can't beat the price or location. We trailered our boat from NJ and they have about 10 -15 slips available. We were traveling with our 1 and 3 year old, and 8 other family members that arrived a day after us. We love staying at the cottage house 1C on... More

Over all layout great. Property is big. Great view of lake. Too much for staff to care for. Front desk and reservation system needs a complete upgrade. All interactions with front desk were problematic. Need someone to create and enforce rules around smoking (cigarettes and pot) and alcohol. Lots of people with beer bottles in water and in common areas... More

Here for large anniversary, couple was 80 years old. We reserved all different types and sizes of cottages, motels , and townhomes from the previous October.. On arrival it was found that they had booked the anniversary couples room and also their son and daughters room with 2 little children to other people. After some time they found #203 cottage... The location and amenities are amazing. The onsite staff (RJ, Alex and Chris) are great. They really go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy. I felt like RJ and Alex genuinely wanted everyone to have a great time and their extra effort really made a difference. Tons of activities for the family and free non-motorized water... More

If you don't like crowds or lots of kids, this is not the place for you. But if you want a location on the lake with common amenities (pool, kayaks, canoe, rowboat, beach) outside of town but not too far from it, you may like it. We stayed in a beachfront 1BR suite. Nice view from the front deck, short... More

This was our fourth year staying here. We stayed in the pet friendly cabin directly across from the pool. The cabin is clean and the resort has plenty enjoyable things to do. The pool was heated and enjoyable, the hot tub was very nice and the beach is private and clean. There are kayaks rowboats and paddle boats to take... More

We had an amazing stay here! We stayed at the mansion for two nights. It was very clean, spacioius, and had incredible views. Moreover, as I'm a history buff, it had the most fascinating history (and it's haunted!). There were lots of activities on the resort itself. There was ping pong, tennis, hot tubs, pool, arcade games, a beach, kayaking,... More

I went there with some friends for Labor day weekend 2015 and was very pleased with the location and the accommodations. We rented a cabin that was right across from the pool and we had a visual of the swing set where the children were able to play. The lake was walking distance and the staff was very pleasant. we... We love it here! Our new favorite unit is Coopers Point 1A, a 4 bedroom unit on a private Island just a few driveways down from the main part of the resort. It is in the Adirondaks so the unit has Rustic Flair but this Location is Private & Serene with Stunning Views and a rope swing we couldnt keep... More
