We really like this place. Just wish they had some smaller, wide pines or even privacy fencing for privacy. You can see everything, everyone, everywhere. And we miss the camp feeling of being able to put up rope between trees for privacy tarps and wet clothes and towels. However, it's so wonderful that there is a campground that does NOT... More

I've been to some RV parks that have been rated 5 Stars, and although they are nice, they offer nothing close to what Lake George RV Park offers. The sites are perfect, and the facilities and activities are amazing. Indoor pool, multiple arcades, outdoor pools, pickle ball courts, tennis, on the Lake George Bike Path - the list is endless!... I don't give many 5 star reviews, but this park deserves it with 2 caveats: they don't allow pets, and there is minimal activities for kids. There is a basketball court, shuffle board, small playground and nice sized pool. The game room has some classic games, but no video games. The owners keep this park super clean. They even rake... I havent been to this campground in about twenty years. I was very impressed with the entire campground. The staff takes very good care of the sites. site was easy to back into, and lots of room on each side plus lots of room for my truck. As I said earlier, the showers, restroom and laundry are incredibly clean and... More

We stayed 2 nights as part of a road trip. On arrival a staff member gave us a park map and showed us everything we needed to know. A gate key was issued which was great for security. They pool was clean and well shaded. Our site was large and close to the park which was great for the kids... More

We are a family of 5 (kids:13,10,6). Traveling cross country, we found this campground in our Good Sam guide and took a chance. We are so glad we did! We didn't know if we would arrive before the front desk closed at 8. Patty was so sweet and waited for our arrival. (Great first impression) This campground is SUPER clean... More

The people were friendly, the bathrooms were clean, its a quiet place, tucked away from the busy town of Lake George. We traveled at a time when we were not able to use all the amenities, so I can't give full details but they looked nice.

My wife and I had travelling friends who were staying at this park. We were in a Hotel and our plans were to take the local Lake George boat cruise. As we had our car and they had their 1 ton truck we suggested that we pick them up. They agreed and said they would have burgers ready when we... More

My husband and I were looking forward to a nice weekend with another couple. We left our two dogs at their boarding facility and arrived on 8/28. We brought our golf cart and motorcycle to cruise the campground and the area. The campground itself is very well maintained and definitely for an over 55 crowd. We took our golf cart... More

After staying at several noisy state parks with our RV it was nice to stay here. Just beware that the permanent residents here have nothing better than to watch the rules. We have a screen house, which is allowed by the rules, and someone complained it was a tent. The manager came and asked us to take it down. I... More
