We spent 3 nights over Columbus Day Weekend in our travel trailer. We booked riverside sites with full hook up and that is what we received. Campground is on the small side. Bath houses were clean and in good working order. Other guests were quiet. Due to Covid there were no activities. The sites are small but have an amazing view and access to the Schroon River for swimming or kayaking. We appreciate the cable tv and internet service. We had several interactions with staff. All employees were friendly, pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We booked a weekend for next fall and we are planning to come in the warmer months so we can swim and enjoy the Schroon River in the warm weather.

Had a great stay at Riverview for 3 nights. Impressed. Great value. Nicest camp bathrooms that I have ever seen. Super nice staff, especially Mike. Would definitely come back next season. Multiple good restaurants nearby.

I wouldn't listen to all the negative reviews. We rolled in with 2 campers over 20ft and stayed at 2 full hookup sites right on the river. Nice sites, small but not as tight as some people are saying. We enjoyed our sites and the grounds. They are in the middle of redoing alot of sites and the roads, the grounds are looking great! They have a playground area for kids and a small swimming pool. We didnt have any issues with the staff at all! The camp store offers a bunch and they also refill propane, sell firewood and ice. They are 10 min from the LG village and 15 to Bolton. We will be back!

Very dusty. Sites are close, no trees or shrubs dividing sites. We had a water site, small but nice, but you can’t get to the water from your site. Really close to a highway and the noise is terrible. Poor WiFi. It was ok.

The staff isn't very friendly, they dont greet you when you go into the camp store, the woman who checked us in was nasty with me when I brought up the deal they had on their website stay 7 nights get the 7th free. The sites were so close you were right on top of the people on either side of you. When we wanted to stay an extra night the woman in the camp store told me they already had someone waiting for our site didnt offer us any other options after we had already paid to stay 9 nights. Unfortunately our experience with the campground wasnt that great and we wont be going back or recommending anyone to go there. We ended up going to lake george escape campground around the corner for our extra night and they were awesome very family friendly and much more welcoming. Totally different atmospheres.
