Paper thin walls, Rooms smelled and were not cleaned well. Mix ups at check in and had to move rooms. Limited information about surrounding dinning opportunities. Walls and floors are paper thin. We heard everything move the people above us made. walking getting in and out of bed using the bathroom, etc... There was no pet relief area on the hotel grounds. Phone service was spotty at best, just sucked at worse. It was a quick on and off the freeway though, which was nice. There were no pet bags in the supplied wall containers. There was no place on the grounds to take pets to relieve themselves. There was "Rail Trail" close, but was not marked well, or well cared for and there was no information about it. I do not believe we will stay at this hotel again in our travels.

Check-in : My request for an accessible room had not been received (unlikely) and there were no shower chairs available. The young woman at the desk tried her best and continued to be helpful throughout our stay. Room one: .The TV didn't work and the outlet in the lamp on the night table between the beds didn't work. There was a pervasive smell of mold or mildew and cleaning supplies. So on we went to- Room two:The room didn't smell as bad but it didn't smell good. Where to begin. I finally got a shower chair on the second day. The entire hotel must be on one plumbing loop since the water temperature changed from moment to moment. When the toilet flushed in our bathroom the water in the shower was scalding hot. A child would have been seriously burned. I am sure that while this may have been code in the dark ages it isn't now,The faucet in the sink is mislabeled and makes it easy to turn on hot water instead of cold. The internet signal is usually very weak and you are asked to sign in all the time. There are very few outlets. Plugging in my C-Pap machine anywhere near the bed would have been impossible if my husband hadn't packed a power strip. The inside of the bathroom door is peeling at the bottom and the outer layer of wood is held on by screws. The toilet seat was not firmly attached. The beds are quite uncomfortable. I have no idea how the breakfast was since they stop serving at 9, even on weekends and we were on vacation. The whole place is in need of a major rehab. The good stuff- Free coffee and tea and ice cold lemon water are available all the time. We asked for a recommendation for a place to have dinner delivered from the same young woman who had checked us in and had a wonderful and inexpensive Italian dinner. There is a Hanifords nearby and the refrigerator and microwave were clean. Housekeeping did a good job. There was lots of good tourist info available.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is in dire need of a remodel. Some room have laminate floors and those rooms are decent. The rooms with carpet have an odor to them. Staff was friendly and attentive. The complementary breakfast isn’t too bad, coffee, toast, waffles and yogurt. Overall it was just a place to rest and crash at night. It’s centrally located

Stayed here for one night as other favorites were sold out. This hotel is in need of a refresh, as the place looks tired, full of nicks, dents and botched repairs. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast offering was limited (essentially toasts, waffles and cereal, no fresh fruit or hot dishes). For a budget level hotel, I found their rate was fairly steep for the quality of amenities provided.

the place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and the room comfy and quiet. Right off the highway made this a quick stop as we made our way through the area. Parking right in front made getting to and from the room very easy
