We couldn't have asked for a better anniversary stay! We return to Rudding Park Hotel knowing we would switch off & relax but as we return time after time, we cannot fault one area of Rudding Park and always have the best experience. The arrival and stay is always very welcoming; not only with the seasonal decoration & flowers, but the smiley and attentive staff (in all departments) who we love to chat with. A huge thank you to Nuno for the meet & greet, and Marek for his overwhelming kindness towards our anniversary stay (you had me in happy tears). Thank you Thierry for a perfect concierge service to our room and to Ollie for always saying hello! We were lucky enough to stay in a suite with its own terraces looking out onto the grounds and it was stunning, but all the rooms are always immaculately cleaned through, with the highest of amenities from tea, coffee and biscuits, right through to the plush furnishings, decoration and fittings! Very nice touch with the Rudding Park face masks in the rooms during Covid stays! I really liked this! I had an amazing Spa afternoon, with a fantastic Hot Stone Massage. Again, feeling really safe around the spa, with plenty hand sanitiser and not that I felt restricted in any way! There are great beverage options at the Spa! Great ice cream too! Andy had a good round of Golf on the Hawtree Course with some lovely members! We ended our evening with a delicious meal and drinks in the Clocktower feeling so relaxed we tagged another night onto our stay! We moved into another immaculate room and enjoyed a wonderful walk around the pristine grounds and the campsite. Although you leave Rudding Park's gates revitalised and refreshed, it is always sad to leave a wonderful stay behind; but another Rudding Park experience is always in my sights!

We recently got married at Rudding Park with a small group of close family due to Covid restrictions and we cannot thank the amazing team at Rudding enough for making our day so special. 3 weeks before our wedding we were left without a wedding reception venue and after contacting Rudding and securing one of their beautiful private dining rooms the team worked tirelessly to make it an amazing day for us and our guests. Lyndsey, Joe and the team were just incredible and continued to spoil us for the days that followed whilst we enjoyed a few nights there as a newly married couple. We cannot recommend Rudding enough to anyone considering having their wedding there or looking for a special place to stay as well as make the most of their luxurious spa. Thank you so much & we can’t wait to come back again after the lockdown restrictions have eased!

Although all hospitality establishments tend to boast of their 'amazing' customer service, Rudding Park does very much live up to this claim! During our first visit there, my golf friends and I were all very impressed not just by the quality of their excellent and challenging golf course, but even more so by the consistently high standard of service we received from every single member of staff we came across during our short stay. What particularly sticks in the memory is that it was raining very heavily at the time when we checked out; rather than leave us to make our own way to our cars in that deluge, there were some very friendly young men, armed with brollies, who dashed out to bring our cars over to the entrance, and then kept us sheltered as we walked over to our cars - what a lovely touch that was and it has played no small part in our decision to return to Rudding Park next year!

Stayed here in October we paid for a spa room and access to the spa with a meal and breakfast. The spa was way to overcrowded and hardly got to use any of the facilities and given the Covid situation you wouldn’t think this would be the case. The room was nice we couldn’t fault the room. We had our meal booked for 8:15 in the restaurant as we got there we were told to take a seat at the bar as our table wasn’t ready. Then it took over 15 minutes for someone to ask us if we wanted a drink! We ended up waiting 25 minutes + for a table that had been pre booked. Once we finally got seated the food was great! Also We ordered our breakfast to the room but it didn’t arrive on time and was cold. We paid over £600 to stay here and the service did not reflect this overall very disappointing!!
