We held a military reunion there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ate several meals there and had good food each time. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel provided us with a hospitality room and kept it supplied with ice water.

I have been in a similar situation - it depends how you made the reservations - whether through a third party. Give the hotel a call directly and see what they can do for you. I would do it quickly though!
