This place has been converted to a part HOMELESS SHELTER. You are sandwiched on the 2nd floor with HOMELESS PEOPLE on the top and lower floors.
They hang out at the front and parking lot. Very scary place if you are visiting .

You can use the E-train to 34th st station and that is the Penn station. You can use the shuttle from 4:30am to 11:30pm once every hour only to/from the JFK airport. You do have to sign up for it at the front... More
