A finished basement in a private home 2 bedrooms..a small shared bath..and small common area comprising kitchenette ,eating space and pseudo living room. Not what I would call a B & B tho..we stayed with friends on the way out..fresh fruit salad and cereal with home made muffins, that would have been what I expected..we had a mini fridge with bagels,...

Ouch! We’re sorry that this guest was so disappointed with our B&B. If the hot tub was “cloudy”, we must have fallen behind on maintenance that week, for which we are sorry and apologize. (The “small” tub she refers to works comfortably for five or six people). But her concerns that this is “not what I would call a B&B”...

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-night visit to Frog's Way. We basked in the hot tub under the setting sun, watched the moon rise over the trees and meadows while rocking in the hammock behind the house, saw numerous gold finches undulating over the abundant wildflowers, and were serenaded to sleep by a wonderful chorus of insects out...

We enjoyed the beautiful setting surrounding Frog's Way. The eclectic gardens and neighborhood atmosphere were wonderfully relaxing. The house offers a friendly selection of books and games as well as a kitchenette. We devoured the homemade granola and tasty berries for breakfast. Elan was gracious and helpful with answering our questions. We will definitely stop again on our travels to...

We appreciate the review from LighterLoads, just want to point out that the "kitchenette" referred to is actually a full-service kitchen where guests can easily store and prepare food for convenience and cost savings.

We stayed here for graduation weekend, taking both rooms. We loved everything about our stay here; the BNB, the property, the view and the granola. Our host was very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. If you are interested in sustainable living you will be fascinated by this community, otherwise you will simply enjoy the quiet simplicity.

We stayed here for a couple of days with our baby girl. We loved the place and Ithaca so much we extended our stay and stayed an extra night - it was well worth it. The B&B was quiet and clean, with a splendid view of the garden and a bird feeder. Elan and Rachael are attentive and friendly yet...

My husband and I along with our 2 kids stayed at this B&B at Ecovillage at Ithaca. The separate entrance, 2 bedrooms and living room/eating area met our needs perfectly. Our daughter was often off tromping on the many trails at EVI looking for birds. Our son went over to the Common House many times to play pool and ping...

Our accommodations were spacious and beautifully decorated so I felt I was staying in someone's home. The separate entrance allowed us to come and go anytime. Our host was respectful of our privacy while assuring us we could call him if we needed anything. Well stocked with healthy snacks and breakfast foods. We watched the birds feeding outside our window...

We had a wonderful time at this B+B. Private entrance afforded a great amount of privacy yet Elan was always nearby and attentive in case we needed him. Beautiful country setting in a unique world-renown eco-village added a huge amount of interest for our strolls in the area. Only a mile and half to Ithaca meant easy access to anything...

We stayed at Frog's Way for three nights while visiting relatives in Ithaca. The distance from Ithaca was just right -- an 8 to 10 minute car ride. The property was so relaxing compared to the city. Sharing the group space worked out well for us. We felt cared for with good food options and nice, clean accommodations, and interesting...

We stayed in Frog's Way as part of travels between New York and Toronto. What a beautiful place! The B&B itself was comfortable and cozy with everything we could need. We were the only ones staying, so we had the place to ourselves, but there is just one other room so sharing would be fine. We loved the environmentally friendly...

“There are only 2 rooms to choose from and depending on when you book, you may not get a choice. Peach is a little bit bigger, but I just resonated with the light and vibe in Lavender.”

“It is a little confusing to locate the B&B at first- especially if you are (over)dependent on your smart phone, as google maps doesn't (yet) seem to pin-point it-but if you call Elan he is happy to help you navigate.”
 of 5 bubbles 339laurenh, Jan 21, 2014 | Read review
“Ecovillage is developed based on sustainability principles, so as far as indoor spaces are concerned, "less is more". Yet Frog's Way offers sufficient place for comfortable sleep and breakfast. Since we were traveling as a family of 3, we rented the larger of the 2 rooms - the peach room.”
