I grew up in this area and remember when this hotel was originally constructed as a Hilton back in the mid 1980's. It was one of the first large hotels in this part of the island and was quite dated long before it became a lame excuse for a biffs pleasure palace without the charm. The carpet looks like the same one when the Hilton was changed to the Raddison name in the 90's. The parking lot was worse than riding off-road and the joke of a parking system near the residential and the toxic dump that sent trash around the world in a barge is in very close proximity. Just burn your cash for heat instead of wasting your time here. I like a casino, but this was just an awful experience top to bottom

We recently spent a night at the hotel played in the casino then went up to the room there weren't any signs that said no smoking that we saw so we had a cigarette within 5 minutes someone was forcefully banging on our door saying they were security. we were 2 girls so we were frightened and called the front desk and were told that is definitely not security so we were even more frightened then the house phone rang saying that it was security and we should let them in, when we opened the door 5 large men barged in saying you were smoking and there was a complaint by other guests that they smelled it (lie number 1) they went into the bathroom and came out with a small sign that said no smoking I actually didn't see it there before and I did go to the bathroom so I honestly don't know if it was there or if they brought it up with them. Needless to say we were traumatized over a cigarette and then charged $350.00 because they said that they had to clean the room because of it. Needless to say I will not be going there anymore.

Stayed over a week for a nearby event. This is not a calm and quiet place. Although the room was pleasant, clean and modern, the parking was insane every evening. Thank G- for free valet parking. Food was good. No coffee pot in the rooms. Free coffee in a back corner of the casino, but it was terrible.

beware, beware, Warning valet is a nightmare. The attendants lost key device to my vehicle. Their attitudes were condescending and they showed no remorse regarding our inconvenience due to their negligence. To replace the device will cost upwards of $450., we waited over an hour to speak with an individual of authority only to fill out a claim form. Very disappointed to say the least. Also we are not local residents. We live 45 miles away. My husband did gamble and enjoyed the day. We had lunch and he proceeded back to casino. We had had relatively nice afternoon until time to retrieve our vehicle. The Valet service is poor and a definite stain on the hotel and casino. The matter should be addressed as or cam pose serious residual issues. We are awaiting the status of our cars device and are hoping the outcome will be positive

The reviews here are actually spot on. Parking is a nightmare and the lot has not been paved in years. I was a bit scared parking so far away. It’s a casino with so many people looking suspect. Hotel room has nothing to offer . Even in elevator there nothing ..come on marketing 101 promote the restaurant . Do something. I must say front desk staff try there best. last but not least security is a joke. Gambling will live in Long Island and I hope something else opens up soon.
