Great place to stay even after our 1st stay in 2018 as it keeps getting better. New sidewalks in front of the rooms, newly painted outside and new sharp red roof and stone/gravel parking(you appreciate even the parking areas when you travel a lot like we do). They still have Simmons Beautyrest mattresses which used to be the #1 mattress brand in Consumers Reports when I sold them in Syracuse in the mid 80's(not all mattresses are great even if they have a BIG name on them). The owners Jamie and Henry do a great job taking care of the place!

Our family, including the dog, was looking for a last minute, one night stay in the Old Forge/Inlet area so we could do some end of end season leaf seeing/hiking. After making several calls I ended up talking with the folks at the Marina Motel. Although they were fully booked the owner made the effort to check with one of her other guests who she thought might be checking out earlier than expected. She confirmed that was the case, called me back and we were set to go. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and some of the room accepted dogs. Everything was great for our family. Plus it was a short (2 minute) walk into town so when the time came to grab dinner we never needed to get back into our car to go find someplace to eat.

I would highly recommend staying at the Marina Motel in Inlet, NY. We were newbees to the area and the staff made us feel right at home. If you are concerned about complications associated with Covid you will feel extremely safe with level of cleaning that they go through on each room. They use a high powered (recently purchased) steam cleaner. I watched as they used the steam cleaner and a tooth brush to clean a spot on a chair. Places to eat are in within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. They have 3 very nice outdoor fireplaces with Adirondack chairs for our use.

We have stayed at the Marina Motel several times in the past few years. It is located right in the village of Inlet so walking into town is a breeze. I The owners, Jamie and Henry, are wonderful. The rooms are always immaculate. There is a continental breakfast from 7-10 am that is included with the price of your room. Coffee, donuts, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal and fruit are provided. The rooms are air conditioned and have a nice flat screen TV and refrigerator. We always try to make our reservation early because we don’t want to stay anywhere else now! I would without reservation (haha) recommend this hotel!

I really enjoyed this quaint motel. It’s very clean. I like the old-style motels where you park outside your door. Special perks — the room had Roku so we could watch on our Netflix account. The owners offered free ice for our cooler. Each room has two lawn chairs plus there are two outdoor fireplaces with Adirondack chairs.

It’s located one block from the Screaming Eagle. We enjoyed selections from their 50 beers on tap while eating dinner one night. There are several gift shops, a grocery store, and a city park all within an easy walk. There’s also a game room/lounge where continental breakfast is served.

Nice place, very well kept, older style motel.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The room, location, and breakfast were great, but most important were how Jamie and her family took good care of everyone. She offered to help me arrange to have flowers in the room when we arrived on our anniversary, and when that didn’t work out as planned, she found a beautiful dry flower arrangement from a local craft person, which we now enjoy every day. They even have folding chairs outside each room – perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. We were just looking for a place to spend the night, but we found a place that became part of all the good memories of our week in the Adirondacks.

The motel is literally within walking distance of a swimming beach, fishing areas, several shops for souvenir shopping, cafes and a pizzeria. There are outdoor fireplaces with seating for a nice evening smores roast. And for those days when the weather doesn't cooperate, there is a nice game room. The owners are super nice and helpful. Jaime went above and beyond in helping us with our plans when our original plans didn't workout, totally saving our vacation. We will definitely be coming back and recommending it to others.

This is a great place to stay. The motel is conveniently located in the quaint town of Inlet NY. You can park your car and leave it if you like. Jamie the owner is so nice and easy to deal with. The motel is clean and pet friendly. Due to COVID-19 they don’t have the continental breakfast, so she gives you a voucher to Mary’s bakery. Oh YUM!! Delicious baked goods!!!
We look forward to staying here again.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Its very clean and well kept from the porch to inside of the room including bathroom. ( excellent and spot clean). Beddings and towels are clean. Place is walking distance from business areas including stores, parks, restaurants. Owners are very nice and accomodating. They serve fresh local baked goods. ( donuts are to die for😊). They have awesome halloween decors and my kids loved and enjoyed them! We will definitely come back and stay in this hotel! Highly recommended!
