Everything is disgusting, the bathroom dirty, hair in the shower, the room smells really bad, the little fridge makes a lot of noise that it’s impossible to sleep, the bed with holes and the sheets and the blanket smells really bad, you can’t go barefoot because the floor it’s super dirty. The only thing that the room service does is change the towel and pretend to make the bed, they don’t even clean the sink. About the “breakfast” there is not much to say: some pieces of old bread, bad juice and soft old cornflakes. It’s all been really awful.
After a long trip, and a family funeral, we were just looking for a comfortable place to sleep for the night. My pictures will say it all. We ended up paying over $200 for a nasty dirty room. There was NO sign that they were remodeling, but if they were, WHY would they put ANYONE in a room loke this?!
Although the staff was very nice, this is undoubtedly the shabbiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Long time shabby! A few examples - walking barefooted on the carpet left my feet black, the safety chain on our room door was torn off, the safety bar on the exit door was duct taped on one side, the ice machine looked filthy, a new coat of paint was needed everywhere. Also, the "free breakfast" barely qualified as such. I would never stay at this location again. The only plus was that it was only a 10 minute drive to our nephew's house, and the beds were comfortable.
We stayed here in month of June. This was the cheapest hotel we found when we booked. Frontdesk lady was nice She checked us in before check-in time. Room was nicely renovated smelled clean and fresh. We had a king bed with huge bathtub. T.V worked fine, pleanty of stores, malls and restaurants on walking distance. We enjoyed continental breakfast they had coffee, bagel, donuts and waffle. Overall it was not bad for price.
They had really nice newly remodeled rooms. Last time i stayed here couple years ago rooms were average. Looks like they may have renovated rooms recently. Outside still looks old but rooms are nice and modern. Flat screen TV breakfast hot shower thats all i need. Staff is helpful and polite
