Hi Tom, Thank you for inquiring about our B&B. In answer to your question; if you cancel 10 days or more before the date of your stay you are charged $25.00 per room per night. If you cancel less than 10 days before your reservation you are charged a 1 night stay plus tax. If you cancel 24 hours or less (9:00 AM) you are charged for the entire stay. Also note that we have a 2 night minimum on weekends and a 3 night minimum on holiday weekends. Hope to see you!

Hi, Thank you for inquiring about our B&B. We have all of our rooms (4) available on the Oct 20-22 weekend. Our most expensive room is $195.00 and the least expensive, the eco-cottage with a double bed and an odor free composting toilet (Clivus Multrum) and hot water ensuite shower for $125.00/night. Checkin is any time after 3:30PM. Our website is thymeinthecountrybandb You can see the rooms and book on line. The Eco-cottage is not pictured. I can send you some photos if you would like.
