Really atmospheric high quality hotel with huge rooms. They have spent a lot on classy decor and it just feels really nice. Comfortable bed and a nespresso machine. Small but attractive pool. Breakfast was good, but you have to order of the menu so allow time. Dinner also very tasty. Short walk to the beautiful down town of Queretaro.

When i first arrived to mexico, and the last time i left, i stayed in this hotel. It's a beautiful hotel located in the heart of the historic center of QRO, a super safe street that i would come back at 3-4 am and always felt secure. The architecture of this hotel is beautiful and has a lovely swimming pool....

A Very nice and cozy hotel located in the historic quarter of Queretaro, the rooms are nicely decorated with Mexican crafts, the service is excellent. On Sundays they have an excellent buffet where you can enjoy mexican typical cuisine.

Why the low rating? Read on. I liked this hotel for it's convenient location to the historical section of town. It's an easy walk and safe. I liked the room which was unique. The staff seemed friendly. Two things really irritated me, though. First, it was fairly cold the two nights we were there. We asked several times for a...

Queretaro is a dynamic city in Mexico, with lots of major companies located there. This is one of the two or three locations I visit several times per year on business. As an American, I'm conscious of safety, do not speak Spanish well, and want to enjoy the feeling of Mexico while comfortable and safe. The old city part of...

I staid three nights and enjoyed each one of them. The junior suite "red parrot" was very comfortable and large. It was equipped with a living room area with a flat screen tv and an nespresso machine. The view was directly to the pool. The breakfast buffet ( only on weekend) was delicious, but also the normal breakfast from the...

Located from town square area of Queretaro, about 5 minutes walk. Street level nothing special but once enter the courtyard, it is gorgeous. Old yet new. Beautiful and unique. Everything blended in well between old and new, natural vs fresh decoration. Room is large and wow factor. Internet working in some area only. Price quite expensive.

We arrived at this very lovely, modern hotel, impressed by the water fountain system as you entered. Reception was great. We were able to upgrade and still paid way less than one would have expected. We were wowed by our rooms. We were in 5 and 6. Everything was just perfect...more than perfect. We actually wanted extend our stay another...

Good location, nice hotel but internet and tv was not working. For a so called 5 star hotel, I expected at least internet and tv service. Service is amicable but requires further professional training. There is potential in this hotel. They just need to train their staff more, prepare for contingencies and have a plan. I travelled during the month...

I stayed just one night at this boutique hotel...but had a super experience. Nice rooms, new and updated. All the amenities of a 5 star boutique hotel. Great bed, amazing shower. The restaurant is a jewel...although service may be slow at times. Breakfast was very good, just get there with plenty time...service was slow...
