There were 4 of us & we spent 4 nights in three rooms. I had stayed in this hotel previously & knew it to be a good value in a convenient location. It's in the historic center on a narrow, pedestrian alley lined with small restaurants. We chose upgraded rooms, mini-suites I believe, which are large & have ample storage for clothes and suitcases. The modest, extra-cost was well worth it. Rooms have AC, a flat-panel TV, decent wifi both for signal strength & speed, comfortable mattresses, ample hot water and a basket of travel amenities is provided. The hotel is on 3 floors & there is no elevator. There are ground-floor rooms but I think they would be noisy because they front a seating area for meetings & dining. The only negative comment for the hotel is the noise in the rooms of people talking and sometimes singing at the restaurants in the alley at night. This was mostly noticeable on the weekend. If you are a very light sleeper, be aware. It was not intrusive enough to bother any of the 4 people in our group. Some of the employees speak English but I don't know if there is always an English-speaker on duty. All the employees were friendly & helpful. There is no on-site parking but I think the hotel has recommended, nearby parking. We all would definitely return to the hotel on a future trip.

My daughter and I stayed there for a mini vacation. We felt very safe. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful in answering questions and providing services. I do wish they had more storage, ie drawers when two people have an extended stay. Restaurant and bar was very nice, exceptional wait staff. Became our home away from home.

I stayed in a last minute booking two weekend nights with my family - wife and two teenagers daughters. Thought the hotel photos seems to be and old house, in reality the construction seems to be new with some details of old constructions. I booked accommodations for 4 in the same room and it was a nice surprise that one of the beds was king size. The room very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a walking distance of downtown town and mayor attractions. The area around of hotel is safe you can walk even at very late at night, we were hanging out around midnight and no problem. The only downside is the hotel doesn't have lift and own parking lot. They charge you around 8 usd/night and a valet takes care of your car. Hotel is located in a alley and sometimes is not easy to get close to the hotel. Valet parking and from desk guys are always willing to help.

This hotel is really nice. Nevertheless it had two problems for me, first it doesn´t have a parking place by their own, it became a problem to find place for my car at Querétaro's downtown, and second is that they hadn´t hot water at the moment because of a technical problem, I waited the first day thinking they would be able to repair, but my surprise on the second day is that the actually didn't fix it. the hotel and service is quite nice, but they have really to try to fix things fast, and also certainly they would have more clients if they could get their own parking space.

+ The hotel staff at the front desk has spoken fluent English. Room was clean and pretty big. When we arrived there was a basket with towels, water etc. in the room which was a nice welcome. The location of the hotel is nice, close to the main square. - the wi-fi wasn´t working in the room at all, I had to go downstairs to the lounge to connect. There was a strange smell in the bathroom. Air conditioning didn´t work when we arrived, it was fixed fast after complaining though.
