Located on a narrow, nondescript street, Kuku Ruku was hard for the taxi to find, but he asked around and we eventually got there from the bus station--maybe a 10-15 minute ride if the driver had known the street. Check-in was supposed to be guaranteed late by Expedia, but when I arrived, they said they thought I'd be a no-show,... More

We went to a wedding in Queretaro, and decided to stay here. We arrived very late and the staff was very friendly. When we woke up and got out of our room to have our complimentary breakfast we saw the small hotel. It was beautiful, very clean and very detail oriented. Our room was ok, with two problems, the door... More

Great little hotel! Get exactly what you pay for. My number one demand is always cleanliness and renovated bathrooms. It meet both of these expectations. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, spacious. We also went to the rooftop bar while it was time for dinner, it has a hipster vibe. I thinks it's a little plus.

I stayed in one of the private rooms at Kuku Ruku. It was beautiful, with modern furniture, art, and fixtures. I slept well on the pillow top mattress, and I was never disturbed by noise (even though there's supposedly a bar on the property). There was a problem with the hot water, but I was warned about this before I... More

They say breakfast is included at 8:30am, but where is it now that it is close to 9am? If you have a schedule and need to eat you may wish to stay elsewhere. As for hot water, it ran out after a minute in the shower.

Through reading the map offered by the kind staff at the bus terminal, it costs me less than 15 minutes to find the hostel.IT is located right in the sub- center of the historical center of the city.It is designed by local artists and the first eco-friendly hotel in the city. The staff are nice and helpful and they speak very... Went to a good friends wedding and stayed at this hostel/hotel in the center of Queretaro. At first we weren't so sure about the place, the entrance is nothing special but after settling in and staying for a couple of nights I've got to say the place is beautiful. You won't notice that part of this hotel is actually a... More

It is a great place to stay. Great location. Amazing rooftop. Delicious food. Amazing friendly and helpful staff. I am coming back to Kuku Ruku for sure. I understand the whole green thing you guys have going on but you need to find a way to heat up the rooms a bit.

Traditional and hip. Modern concept. Very good service and excellent location. Price is very good too. Rooftop is great. Truly a perfect choice. The breakfast is good and included in the price for the hotel.

We stayed for one night and it met our basic need; the interior design was interesting and pleasing to the eye. The rooms are clean. with free wifi, a king size bed, but there was no heat. It was in the low forties at the time we were there and we were freezing. Breakfast was in the inner courtyard and... More
