My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this charming and beautifully decorated hotel in the historical center, walking distance to everything. Spacious and clean rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Continental breakfast is served in the room. Warm and inviting courtyard where complementary afternoon drinks are offered. Most of all, hands-on management/owner (Sra. Maria) and staff ( Cecilia, Liliana,...

This is a nice boutique hotel, with some 20 rooms. Conveniently located in the centre of Queretaro, this is good value for money. Breakfast was brought to the room which was a nice surprise. Chose this hotel because it is different from the big names, yet delivers almost the same services, yet with a more personal touch.

This place is a unique pearl within Queretaro, with a nice charm which makes you feel like home. A great difference to the boring business hotels with little surprised like a wine tasting or free sports club vouchers. I stay here every time I'm in Queretaro, already 6 weeks this year.

El Serafin Hotel is a good, small hotel in an excellent location. The women in the office are excellent to work with and helpful with tips for your visit in Queretaro. We stayed in the room "La Lluvia," which has a comfortable king bed, a small sitting area, a room safe and a nice bathroom. Breakfast is more of a...
