Inside the hotel it is very relaxing sitting in one of the quiet patios. Outside decoration in the patios is nice. The room I had I found a bit dark and was decorated in a mixture of style. A new bathroom with an old classic deco in the room. The room was spacious. Service was good as well as the... More

This is a boutique hotel located in an antique store. We had a room with two queens that actually opened onto the store. The staff is warm and welcoming and are so accommodating. Our room was huge and had both air conditioning and heaters. They had provided coffee for the morning in the room. The breakfast was great. Beautiful fruits... More

Charming hotel right in the heart of Santiago de Queretaro, great breakfast and super friendly staff!! The room was beautiful, the entire premises are super charming and Antonio the owner was very friendly and helpful. Great if you're looking for a cozy, uncomplicated and centrally located hotel.

Spent two nights there this week. Felt very welcome. Good size room. The staff makes an effort to make you feel welcome. More intimate than a large chain. Great breakfast. One of my best hotel experiences in Mexico. Will definitely stay there again if I return to Queretaro.

We loved staying here. WE wanted a unique experience that was different from the chain hotels in the U.S. and Canada and it was indeed that. We always had the same staff that knew us and were asking if our needs were taken care of. It is a boutique hotel that was once a house of the wealthy. Two things... More

We tend to look for small hotels that offer a genuine taste of the area, a hotel that reflects the culture. La Casa del Atrio fit the bill. It was our first visit to Queretaro and this hotel was in the midst of the historic district, a great location, lots of very good restaurants, museums, art, small shops. We were... More

My co-worker and I just spent three nights at the Casa Del Atrio on a business trip to Queretaro. The location is superb, the hotel is extremely charming and the staff is beyond compare. Antonio and Pepe's hospitality was fantastic. They were always there to offer a restaurant or activity recommendation. I will also add that their recommendations were spot... More
