Another gem from the Bushcamp Company. The most 'luxurious' of the camps we stayed at, with wonderful giant pool like baths, boasting stunning view across the riverbed. Wonderful food- expecially out incredible 'bush pizza' experience, and superb enthusiastic guidance from the charming and knowledgeable Fannuel, who was running the camp on our arrival- we didn't even realise that poor Julius...

Our family of 3 took our first safari here. We landed at Mfuwe Airport, where we were transported to Mfuwe Lodge for a brief snack before heading out for the long drive to Kapamba. By the way, I wrote a separate review about Mfuwe Lodge, if you care to read about that. We left the Lodge a little later than...

We spent 2 nights at Kapamba. Julius and his staff were so welcoming. They provided wonderful, personal service. Fernwell, our guide, was so friendly and passionate about his work. We were at the camp during dry season, so even though our chalet was positioned right on the river, it was dry. The only reason to give this camp 4 instead...

My partner and I stayed at Kapamba bushcamp for 2 nights and absolutely loved the whole experience. Our chalet was rustically luxurious and looked out over stunning views of the Kapamba river and surrounding bush. An hour or so in the afternoon sitting in the cool water of the sunken bath watching elephants and giraffes stroll past is unbelievably amazing...

Sadly, we arrived a day late which was BA's fault, but from our initial arrival at Mfue Lodge where we greeted by the very friendly and efficient Amy and then transferred to Kapamba we could not have wished for more. The four chalets are arranged two either side of the main lounge/dining area. Our chalet had two Queen sized beds...

Fabulous position overlooking a river (dry at this time of year, but with elephants in front of lodge digging holes for water); really high standard of rooms (just 4!), excellent food, superb service from really friendly staff. Standard of guiding is outstanding......Fannuel (the guide) had phenomenal knowledge level, communicated it really clearly, and succeeded in getting us close to the...

Stayed for 2 nights. Superb staff, catering and bush chalets. Professional guides ensured we saw lots of game, lions especially during one night drive. One of 3 Buscamp Company Locations we stayed at - uniformly excellent. Luxury in the bush! Rare 5* review from me.

The rooms at Kapamba are 3 walled with the open side facing the river. The highlight of the room is the large soaking tub under dual showers. So relaxing! Our room had an elevated viewing area overlooking the river which was a great place for animal viewing and relaxing during siesta. Fannuel was our guide and he had a wealth...

A family of 2 adults and 2 adult children with our best friends spent 2 nights in the second of 3 Bushcamps. We were amazingly looked after by Julius and his team, including our guide Francis. Several of us had long warm baths in the bath/plunge pools. The food was wonderful and they looked after the dietary requirements of one...

My friend and I stayed for two nights at Kapamba and we loved it. It was hard to believe we were in the middle of the bush with the level of service and the excellence of the accommodations and the food. Julius and his entire team were outstanding. The camp is next to the river and we saw game roaming...
