We loved everything about this place. The food, the staff, the rooms and the owners were amazing. The only drawback would be the amount of Tetsi Fly that are encounted when you are away from the river. (They are not seen around the camp)More

About
Description
Kaingu Lodge is situated on the river forming the boundary of the Kafue National Park. Access to the lodge is either through the park and then by boat transfer or by direct road transfer through the Game ...More Management Area. Activities include game drives (in the park and the GMA), walks, canoeing and boating. Cultural visits and school visits can also be arranged. Accommodation comprises luxury tents with indoor and outdoor showers! Owner managed and flexible, Kaingu also welcomes families and can arrange childrens activities as well as free child minders to allow parents a rest. The lodge provides a true wilderness experience that lures repeat guests back time and time again. The completion of the 'spinal road' through the top end of the park means that access to us is now easier than ever and we are now within reach for a fabulous weekend trip. Less
